KARM Stores are well-loved for their great selection, good prices, and friendly staff. Customers appreciate the clean, neat, and well-organized stores, especially the Oak Ridge Hwy location in Karns. The staff is helpful and kind, often going out of their way to assist, such as helping load large furniture or offering prayers for good luck. Many customers have donated items and found meaningful use for their belongings through the store. The stores are known for being well-stocked, with interesting items, and a positive atmosphere that reflects good management and caring employees. However, some mention that prices can occasionally be higher than other locations, and that items may be skimmed off to other stores. All sales are final, and the loud music can sometimes make conversations difficult, especially for those with hearing aids. Overall, KARM Stores are seen as a valuable resource for shopping and donations, with a reputation for good people and community support.
I have been shopping at this location for about a year now. The last couple times I have been shopping I can't believe how high the prices are getting. It saddens me because I really like the staff and shopping at this location.

My favorite Karm store in town. The most organized, well put together store I have been to!

very good for the fact that your helping the homeless in Knoxville and surrounding area. now the process can be a little high just to be honest - but i go back to the previous sentence. if you're shopping solely for price go to the other thrift stores first like the goodwill and community chest and another one.
