“I love this bank (Ooltewah branch). This bank is located close to my home. Whenever I visit this bank, I don't need to wait in line. Quiet and clean environment. Doesn't look like a typical bank. Even good quality coffee and cookies. Their service is always friendly and kind. Importantly, their CD rates are the best.”

“Very nice, open space design. 2 ATM’s. 3 Private rooms with video chat screens and a 4th video chat screen in the main, public lobby.Video chat screens all have a button that prompts a 3 minute wait time. I waited on a Monday at 4pm through 2 of the 3 minute wait times before I left.. seems very handy though and much better than driving all the way into Chattanooga.”
