“I had an iPhone 15 that I was tired of getting fixed, my phone company wouldn’t take it as a trade in because of the damage, they want nearly $600. (Pay off my old phone and installment/taxes and fees for new phone). I reached out to the owner of this business and was able to trade my cracked and busted iPhone 15 and get a used iPhone 14 (in GREAT condition) for half of what the phone company was charging. I’ve had the phone for about 2 months now. It works perfectly, he supplied me with a screen protector and charger! I’ve recommended his business to my family that lives out of town. Great customer service and fast turnaround time”

“Miguel was absolutely amazing!! Such a polite, kind, & put together young man. Great at sales & great customer service! He helped me immediately, explained various options, suggested the best option, and explained why, and communicated thoroughly, the actions I would need to take the following month. Another customer walked in, about half way through our process, Miguel greeted him & asked him for time to complete our transaction. He showed me the screen protector I asked for and put it on the phone for me. He offered to set the iCloud up with me, but since my son already had an iCloud, I decided to wait. I asked if he could assist me with parental controls, & was willing to help me do that. I asked how long would it take, he told me 15 mins, and I told him “no since you have someone else waiting…” Miguel said, “ma’am I don’t mind at all, you are the customer, so I’ll do whatever I need to assist you until we’re done.” He was a complete delight!
