Customer service? Impeccable. She greeted every single customer that came in the door, many of which she knew by name. “This review is for Nadeene, Financial Advisor for Merrill Edge. Since my account with Bank of America has been closed, I have been trying to get access to money in a Merrill Edge Account that I opened while banking with Bank of America. I have talked to countless Merrill Edge Reps on the phone but no one was able to help. No one took the time to help me understand the process of how to get my money. I spoke to a Merrill Edge Financial Advisor at your 6060 Poplar BofA location. She told me that she couldn't help if she wasn't handling my Merrill Edge account. Well, that is another review for another location for another time?. I didn't get the help I was looking for until I spoke with Nadeene. Nadeene explained the process of how to get my money. She even stayed on the phone and walked me through the process of how to complete the online form. Kudos to you Nadeene!! You rock!!!”
