When I go by the branch, they call me by name, which is very important to me. When I need something, I get personal attention and great customer service. “I went to the branch on Germantown Pkwy by the Wolf River. A well dressed young lady met me at the door and asked me what I needed. When I told her she asked for me to sit in the waiting area. After less than 5 minutes had passed I was beckoned by an employee at a desk AND directed by the young lady who met me at the door. The customer service lady took care of my business quickly and competently. The manager, Mr Booker, stopped to say hello as well. I was in and out and I felt as though the bank cared.”

I usually do all of my banking through the mobile app, but it is so refreshing when I need to make cash transactions to have tellers and universal bankers who make an effort to get to know customers rather than mechanically performing transactions. Nahmias is also wonderful. He runs the drive through effortlessly and still makes sure to greet walk in customers even during the busiest times of day. This branch is awesome!”

“Can I just say Angie Brasfield is truly a rock star. I have dealt with several banks and never ever got this kind of top notch customer service as I did today. I called Angie ( yes personally on her cell phone) to get the phone numbers of where to report a card lost - yes I have misplaced it- so she tells me she will handle it for me. I figured she was putting me on a list and someone would call and then in about 3-5 weeks I would get my replacement card etc etc. You can imagine my surprise when within an hour or so I get a message asking if I were home. She had taken care of it personally and not only that I have my debit card ( a real one) in hand ready to use. So let me just say if you don’t have this kind of service at your bank ( I doubt that you do) you need to call pinnacle Germantown branch and ask for Angie cause she is truly a Rock Star!!”
