“Can I just say Angie Brasfield is truly a rock star. I have dealt with several banks and never ever got this kind of top notch customer service as I did today. I called Angie ( yes personally on her cell phone) to get the phone numbers of where to report a card lost - yes I have misplaced it- so she tells me she will handle it for me. I figured she was putting me on a list and someone would call and then in about 3-5 weeks I would get my replacement card etc etc. You can imagine my surprise when within an hour or so I get a message asking if I were home. She had taken care of it personally and not only that I have my debit card ( a real one) in hand ready to use.
