“I am Collierville TN Local resident. I was greeted by Branch Manager with respect, she was extremely well behaved. Though I didn’t make appointment but she made sure I was taken care of. Mr. Micah Crosswhite was extremely nice when opening my checking account, he made some corrections to my citizenship in system, nicely explained all steps in respectful way. I don’t know why this brand has 3.5 star reviews, but because of Micah Crosswhite this branch should deserve 5 stars or may be more than that.

“Unbelievable. Don’t get me wrong the clerks are great but it should be deposit . withdraws transactions only . Any other transaction like opening an account should be done by these guys sitting in that glass room . Come on now this is crazy . Ppl taking up the clerks time and ppl that want to make a fast deposit have to wait”
