“I reciently had a problem with my account. There was an unauthorized charge made to it where a company grossly overcharged me for an online order. Where it was 4x the amount then what the site listed it for. So one of the tellers. One of the bank staff pulled up my account and found the charge I was grossly overcharged for they also found a 2nd unauthorized from them. Which they also froze & they deactivated my card on the spot. They replaced my card the same day & I didn't have to drive to another location to get a new card. I'm glad they offer that as I don't like to wait 7-10 business days for a new card to come into the mail. I found the staff friendly & helpful at resolving my dilemma on my bank account. I use a lot of other banking services here. They are also swift on taking care of my withdrawl & deposit transactions. I never had to wait no longer then 10 minutes when they were busy. Five minute wait time on a weekday when lines were slower. Weather doing my banking inside or drive thru.”
