“As we are starting to travel for work again, this location is very convenient to my home. Standard selection of clean cars with a few unexpected new models (yay!). Staff was straightforward and quick to get me in and out!”
“I love Mrs.Gray and her crew. They have great personalities and hospitality. They cars are very nice and clean and runs very well. You will always get a newer model car. Every time I come to Memphis I come to Avis for my rental.”
“The Enterprise near the Ollie's store on Winchester Rd in Memphis, TN is my absolute favorite rental car company. I frequently rent vehicles, and there has been no other company period, to do each of their jobs concerning the cutomer experience so exceptionally well. Pickup and dropoff were both, quick and efficient experiences. Also, the car was the absolute cleanest and best smelling vehicle I have ever rented in in this town!”
“Sean Robinson is top notch! Extremely professional and courteous. He explained everything in clear detail and made the pick up and drop off of my rental a truly seamless experience.”
“They were great in the beginning. However, when I turned the car back in I was charged $120 in extra fees that they can't explain to my satisfaction. But the staff at check out were exceptional. Also, when I turned the car back in early, the attendant had a nit on the door. She said she would be back in 15 minutes. She was not friendly at all. The Airport location was great. The Germantown Parkway location was terrible.”

“After being hit in the rear and a struggle with the insurance company, it was so nice to have the great experience with my rental. The location was so busy but the staff were great. They were so accommodating with my needs. I will definitely use Enterprise again for any rental needs.”
