βIt was an excellent experience with them and the young lady that that checked me in. I totally forgot her name but never to forget her. She knew answers left & right very sharp minded explainable in a loving professional manner. Also, the guy who checked me out when I returned it back was just connected, not like I just a number but professional well caring for us as a customer but more than that. Both of these 2 people stand out in a majorly positive way. Whoa, way to go Enterprise & your staffers.β

βNormally, I would do service with Enterprise, but my reservation was canceled, so I needed a backup plan. I was a bit skeptical of this company because Iβve never heard of them and there are so many sketchy and scammers. This is a BLACK OWNED Business with nothing, but professionalism. I got the pleasure to work with Mr. Liberty himself. The process was very fast and efficient. The prices are very affordable and reasonable. I most definitely will be returning again. βOverall, I had a great experience renting from this location while my car was in the shop. My husband and I have had less positive experiences with Enterprise in the past, but this location really exceeded our expectations. The only downside was the wait time; we had a scheduled pickup but still waited about 40 minutes before receiving the car. However, once we got it, everything went smoothly. The vehicle drove well and we didnβt run into any issues during our rental period. The tire pressure light was on, but after checking, all the tires seemed perfectly fine, so it may have just been a sensor or manufacturing issue. Overall, a solid experience!β
βMy first time renting all because of an accident. I rented a SUV at the lot on Covington Pike. Jade waited on me. She was so nice and patient with this young old lady. When I had a question she was able to answer it. Keep up the good work Jade.β

βThe Enterprise near the Ollie's store on Winchester Rd in Memphis, TN is my absolute favorite rental car company. I frequently rent vehicles, and there has been no other company period, to do each of their jobs concerning the cutomer experience so exceptionally well. Pickup and dropoff were both, quick and efficient experiences. Also, the car was the absolute cleanest and best smelling vehicle I have ever rented in in this town!β
