Starting with the young lady Nya at the counter, to Latrice assisting us with finding our vehicle, to the young lady at the booth exiting the garage. The lady at the booth was very helpful in helping us to understand the vehicle. The service was just as great when we returned the vehicle on Sunday 1/11/24. Phil was friendly, professional and kind. “Omg! A life saver! All you need is a check stub and a light bill. Im not sure if a license is required(I have mine, so I presented it.) Anyway, rentals are 60 bucks a day with a $100 deposit. I got a 2011 Hyundai Senata and she runs beautifully. A great alternative to the big companies that do credit checks and hold extra funds. Also they accept CASH ONLY!”

“About three weeks ago I had a rental for 3 days but had to change plans and only use two days. My rental agreement time was supposedly changed so that I had 24 hours to pick up car. When I went to drive out it system my rental agreement was cancelled. A very helpful young lady Jamesia A. made sure to re-add my booking at the original rate even though they were actually out of cars. She called a supervisor and made my day by getting ever taken care of with no issues, just great customer service. She and the supervisor should train more employees to always remain positive and do whatever you can for your customer. Thanks again Jamesia & National.Ernest G.”

“We recently hired an SUV from this location to travel to New Orleans. I'm sorry that I can't remember the name of the counter staff however I can say he was very nice, efficient and our car was ready, filled up and clean. We knew nothing of the local area and had a long drive ahead so wanted to fill up on breakfast before setting off, he gave us a name and directions of a tried and tested place not too far away and was very informative about the local area. We will be travelling to Memphis again next year and I'd have no issues whatsoever about using this location again. Thank you, Gavin”
