“Car rode smoothly. Air conditioner was awesome with the heat index climbing. Mr. Kim was friendly and helpful. I will use again! If you need car rentals without all the hassles, he got you covered! Thank you!?”
“Overall, I had a great experience renting from this location while my car was in the shop. My husband and I have had less positive experiences with Enterprise in the past, but this location really exceeded our expectations. The only downside was the wait time; we had a scheduled pickup but still waited about 40 minutes before receiving the car. However, once we got it, everything went smoothly. The vehicle drove well and we didn’t run into any issues during our rental period. The tire pressure light was on, but after checking, all the tires seemed perfectly fine, so it may have just been a sensor or manufacturing issue. Overall, a solid experience!”
“By far the best rental company I’ve ever rented from. I need the car a few extra days outside my return date and Mr Wiley had no problem with allowing me the extra days. Awesome customer service. I’d definitely rent from here on my next trip!”

“After being hit in the rear and a struggle with the insurance company, it was so nice to have the great experience with my rental. The location was so busy but the staff were great. They were so accommodating with my needs. I will definitely use Enterprise again for any rental needs.”
“The Enterprise near the Ollie's store on Winchester Rd in Memphis, TN is my absolute favorite rental car company. I frequently rent vehicles, and there has been no other company period, to do each of their jobs concerning the cutomer experience so exceptionally well. Pickup and dropoff were both, quick and efficient experiences. Also, the car was the absolute cleanest and best smelling vehicle I have ever rented in in this town!”
“He went over and beyond(Darius) I wish I could get him a raise. He deserved all 10 STARS Everything went Smooth and Easy. Great customer service. He was the only person working. LOVE this place”
“I recently had the pleasure of renting a car from Avis ant this location and the experience was absolutely top-notch. The staff was friendly and efficient, making the pick-up process a breeze. The car itself was in pristine condition and made my trip so much smoother. I highly recommend Avis at the Ridgeway location to anyone in need of reliable and convenient car rental services”
“As we are starting to travel for work again, this location is very convenient to my home. Standard selection of clean cars with a few unexpected new models (yay!). Staff was straightforward and quick to get me in and out!”

“Overall, it was a good experience. The staff was friendly, courteous, and took good care of me. They made the rental process quick and easy and had me in and out in a reasonable amount of time. My only disappointment was having to rent a smaller vehicle than I wanted and receiving a car with a hubcap missing. Other than that, the vehicle performed well, I had no issues with it during the rental period, and I was satisfied with the overall experience.”
