The understanding they give me while working with me hasn’t go unnoticed. Others plan for a move and mine was quite random and very hectic but they were the best part of my whole experience. “Trey was so friendly after the exhausting experience we had at the Mendenhall location. We originally reserved a truck for 24 hours but, after an hour of waiting at the other understaffed location, they did not have a truck available. We called the Collierville location and Trey had us taken care of in minutes. We arrived, were immediately serviced, and on our way! 5 stars just for Trey! Friendly, customer facing employees are too few and far between not to appreciate him!”
