“I have brought my car to the hyundai dealership 4 times to get the air conditioning checked and fixed. They kept my car for 2 weeks at a time. Over 5 years it was never able to be resolved. The first 2 hours my car was at Cecil’s, they called and said they had it fixed and can I say it is amazing to drive without sweating for once. I can promise I will be coming back here. They are good about answering calls and if they miss it, they call back within minutes. 100% recommend”

“I'm very impressed with this shop. I'm working out of town & my water pump starts leaking antifreeze on my 2012 Ford Super Duty. I reached out to one of my local contacts that I made through my job in construction & he told me to bring it to Southern Automotive in Collierville. I was there when they opened up the next morning & they told me that they would have it ready by end of that day. They quoted me a price & stuck to it. They have a customer for as long as I'm here working in Memphis for the next year & a half. That was a quicker & a fair price as it would've been back home in Nashville. I would've been without my main means of transportation for at least a week or two. This means more to me than I'm able to express, especially being out of town so far from home. I'm recommending this place to everyone on my job site, as there are a hundred plus coming here from Nashville as well. Fair, honest & fast is very hard to find these days.”

“Bought a x5 from BMW dealer out of state and had car delivered. Took it to Dr Bimmer to get a brake flush and oil change and during their standards inspection they found water pump was leaking. Fortunately the dealer had provided a 3 month and 3000 mile warranty. But Michael at Dr Bimmer had to work extensively with the warranty company to get them to cover the repair as it needed to be done and Michael also had to work with the dealer to get them to cover the remaining balance. He was patient and worked with all parties over several days to make sure my car was fixed correctly and I was only out the $100 deductible.
