Always helpful. The salesperson generally stays with us when we have questions to be sure our needs are met. They don't just answer and walk away.

Good selection of tools that sometimes are out of ordinary. I got a hand pump to clear my hot tub, and the big box stores don't have the version of this that works like I need it to work.

Smaller store. Great prices for my monthly filter for my heat pump return. That's all I go in there for but very friendly people. Staffed sufficiently and very helpful.
