“TJ, the after hours phone help, IS A HERO. he talks to the customer with such compassion and care. he makes bad situations better with his kindness and reassurance. I have talked to the lady after hours help and she was rude and made my anxiety rise Into a panic attack. my neighbors caregiver called and she had to talk to the same mean lady. the caregiver said the same thing about the phone lady; rude and unconcerned. but then i talked to TJ, he put me at ease. he was extremely kind and understood our situation, especially with my neighbor having dementia and on oxygen. TJ is the nicest customer service agent ive ever had the pleasure of talking to. hes our hero for the day ??”
