We had Victoria cut our babies nails and she was so sweet and knowledgeable, our girl kept trying to bring us back to get some more attention from her. They always offer to give her treats and ask if she has any problems with specific foods which I appreciate so much! Overall I highly recommend them, they act like they love your babies as if they’re their own!

Dr Derryberry always takes her time to give him treats and let him relax and handles him kindly. One time he was sick on a Friday and the staff let me bring him in urgently for an appointment so he could get antibiotics started right away. Great place!

Animal Medical Clinic: Bowlds Kevin DVM
701 Lion Pkwy, ColumbiaI just moved to Columbia on June 1st and on the way my dog stopped eating. He is diabetic so that meant I was unable to give him his insulin. By June 3rd he was in bad condition. He could barely keep his head up, was unable to keep water down, he wouldn't eat, he was barely able to walk. I called and was able to get there when they opened. They ran tests on my baby and was very transparent about fees knowing the great financial burden of moving from one state to another. Dr. Kevin was very kind, he explained everything to me. The staff was amazing too. You can tell they really love animals. The prices at this clinic are also very reasonable. It's a tiny, no frills office, but so far we are very happy with them. We have since been back 2 more times in the month we have been here, once for a follow up and once for a preventative visit. My fur child is doing great now and that makes me a happy Mom! Thank you Dr. Kevin and staff for helping us and making us feel welcome!.

I've had 1 vegetarian and 1 vegan. Can't decide which one I like more, but you can't go wrong with either. And the garlic dill sauce that comes with them is divine.
Espresso beverages (1 plain latte, 1 orange cardamom latte) were great as well. The plain latte in particular really let the espresso sing.
I'm glad I don't live closer, because this place would be my daily.

510 N Garden St Ste h, ColumbiaIf you’re in Columbia, do yourself a favor and stop by Bad Idea Brewing. The name is a terrible idea… because now I’m going to compare every brewery to this one.
The vibe is laid back, the beer is on point, and the sandwiches were ridiculously good. Seriously, I don’t think there was a single complaint from our table—which is saying something.
Bonus points for the giant pretzel that vanished in about five minutes. Great food, great drinks, and one of those places that just feels easy to hang out in. We’ll definitely be back. 🍻
