1034 Wetzel Dr, FranklinOur beloved Bennie had a combination of issues when Heidi saw him that made traditional grooming a nightmare: separation anxiety, digestive issues (food-related & has now been relieved), and the assumption that every towel is a tug toy. The two times we had taken him to Petco, he had pooped on himself after they bathed him, so they were only able to bathe him a second time and weren't even able to get him clipped.Heidi washing him on our patio pretty much took care of issues 1 & 2 since he was somewhere he knew. She was also patient but firm when she informed him that the towels would not in fact be toys. She said he behaved well, which was such a relief, and he came out looking gorgeous! Bennie fresh after Heidi's groom is the background on my phone. <3

His nurse, Monet, went above and beyond getting to know my dogs personalities and temperament in order to make them more comfortable during their visit. I have been back since and my girls absolutely adore her and she remembers them each time. You can tell Dr. Swayze and Monet love what they through and it shows through their care!

The level of compassion, communication, and professionalism consistently exceeds expectations. Dr. Paula takes the time to thoroughly explain everything, answer questions thoughtfully, and ensure I feel confident in every decision regarding my pup’s health. You can genuinely tell that the entire staff cares deeply about the animals they treat not just medically, but emotionally as well.
Appointments are always efficient yet unhurried. The office is clean, organized, and welcoming, which immediately puts both pets and owners at ease. The technicians and front desk team are kind, attentive, and responsive whether it’s a routine visit or something more urgent.
It’s such a gift to have a veterinary team I trust completely. I’ve recommended Animal Ark to everyone I know who wants exceptional, compassionate care for their dogs and I will continue to do so.

He’s a big bundle of energy and curiosity and was outsmarting us with training we had completed at the pet store. With a dog so large it was important to me that we found a program that did not use e-collars and that the training would stick. We received picture updates twice a week and loved seeing his progress. On graduation day he looked like a miniature show pony as the trainers demoed his new skills and trained us on how to continue development at home. Our kids (7&13) can walk him on a leash, give commands and he listens to them. We have learned alot about what we can change at home to make him more successful as well. I was impressed with how easy it was to communicate with their team via email and the responses were very fast. We met the trainers the first day and on graduation day as well and it felt like this was a personalized training program just for us. We were the sole focus of their team while we were there. Our buddy was having a hard time eating and recently got very picky. They even tried out different wet foods, yogurt, cottage cheese and sardines to see what he liked. Their website truly does not do this facility justice. It is designed unlike any place I’ve seen before. They have training arena, smell proof room, store fronts and a bedroom/living room/ kitchen to simulate real environments. They even have strollers, wheelchairs, etc. to tailor each family’s needs. Walter got to go offsite to parks, a ballfield and sidewalks and crosswalks. They have even placed different flooring textures throughout the training space to see how the dogs react to various surfaces. We were able to purchase a new training collar and leash before we left which made transitioning home even easier. We are very pleased with this company and if you are looking for a place that has thought of everything and more- look no further.

She loves it so much that she would live there if we let her!! I encourage everyone that boards a cat to do their Safari Stroll option. They just pet, cuddle & pour affection into your feline kid!!! Thank you all for always being there for our baby as well as our family. You can’t buy peace of mind like this. We trust them with our treasures.

The people who work there are so happy & willing to explain that all the delectable treats are homemade and also had such nice things to say about the owner who wasn’t there at the time. I don't know their names but it was on 8/4 around 330ish. i'm not from Franklin and a friend brought me a drink and it ended up being from a different place and I had no idea. All I knew was the name of the drink and what color it was🤦♀ They ended up figuring out what was in the drink and made it for me and we're so kind and patient with me and the drink turned out so good will definitely be coming back and shout out to those girls!! And the shop was super cute:)

They have the best Chinese takeout and you get so much food for how cheap it is here. The chicken basil fried rice is one of my favorites, but everything I’ve tried here has been great. It is family owned and ran and you can tell they care about their customers. Jenny is the sweetest and always remembers me and my order!!

Our server, Nicole, was awesome. She had a huge party in addition to us. We did not feel neglected at all! The food was delicious and the atmosphere is charming. Do not skip dessert! The Banana Pudding and Cobbler are amazing.

Big Bad Breakfast - Franklin

The quality of the food was good and the service was great. But it drives me a little crazy when I order cheesey eggs and they come out with the slice of cheese just laid on top of the eggs. It's not the same. The cheese just ends up in a few semi-melted lumps. The eggs tasted good, though. The bacon was super limp, which is what some people prefer, I should have asked for it crisp, lol, but the taste was excellent. The pancake was just ok. The syrup was slightly off tasting (and this may be because it may have been actual maple syrup without all the added butter and sugar that's the norm most places) and there was a crazy amount of butter on it (I only got one pancake, so for a normal serving it would be just right!) The hash cake was ok, just really thick so the potato was doughy in the middle. Would have been amazing if it had been about half as thick. Nothing was bad, just not as good as I'd hoped. The prices were also extremely reasonable, so another plus. I got more than enough food, and had my soda refilled before I'd realized I was out, for $20 (plus tip, be good out there folks, servers work hard!!)

The people at Critter Calvary do training, work to save animals from kill shelters, and are a small volunteer organization. They were so kind to me and my dog i rescued came healthy and they were up front about her past. I am forever thankful for Critter Cavalry. They also didnt turn me away or judge me for being single and living in an apartment (at the time). Please focus on the positive reviews about this group of pet lovers.
Original: Got my best friend from the lovely folks at Critter Cavalry in Dec of 2023. I was new to town and they were flexible with me on meeting and gave me suggestions about dog ownership. My girl came crate trained and knowing so many commands. I know she was loved by her foster family Emma and I now have a hiking buddy and a playmate for my cat. Thank you ?

My mom is highly allergic to dogs so they even washed the two pups and had them set aside for us to do a visit to ensure a clean environment to meet. They also answered all of my questions so graciously and stayed in touch for any questions post-purchase too. The whole process was so smooth and didn’t feel pressured at all. My husband and I are looking to get a second pup soon and definitely will use Karing Hearts again!
