1034 Wetzel Dr, FranklinOur beloved Bennie had a combination of issues when Heidi saw him that made traditional grooming a nightmare: separation anxiety, digestive issues (food-related & has now been relieved), and the assumption that every towel is a tug toy. The two times we had taken him to Petco, he had pooped on himself after they bathed him, so they were only able to bathe him a second time and weren't even able to get him clipped.Heidi washing him on our patio pretty much took care of issues 1 & 2 since he was somewhere he knew. She was also patient but firm when she informed him that the towels would not in fact be toys. She said he behaved well, which was such a relief, and he came out looking gorgeous! Bennie fresh after Heidi's groom is the background on my phone. <3

Jesse was always so kind to her, as was everyone else there. We knew she was well cared for because she was so happy to go, every time we arrived with her, and she always looked beautiful when she was done.

My 14 month old English Labrador loves visiting the vet. He knows the doctors and the staff. They have taken care of his health and I have boarded, bathe him there as well. Highly recommended.

1973 New Hwy 96 W, FranklinI go to Animalia for acupuncture and laser for my Peke, Tehya. They are absolutely wonderful. Dr. Leahey and Claire are so kind to Tehya - they really made an effort to get to know her and how she likes to be treated. The acupuncture makes such a positive impact on Tehya’s quality of life - we could not be more grateful. The only downside is that they are (understandably!) booked to capacity, so it can be difficult to get an appointment. Since they only do acupuncture on Thursdays, it’s not always easy to get Tehya in. I would love it if more days opened up so Tehya could get treated more regularly. But the care and compassion we receive is truly amazing, and I cannot recommend them enough.

1415 Liberty Pike, FranklinWe sent our 4-month-old little monster (Rosie) to Nashville K-9 for their two-week program, and were amazed with the results. The trainers were fantastic to work with—knowledgeable, attentive, and dedicated to the dogs in their care.
The transformation in just two weeks is incredible, and the difference in her daily routines and manners is night and day. Rosie is still a monster, but a much more behaved monster.
We are so impressed that we already intend to bring her back for a tune-up in a couple of weeks to keep building on this great foundation.

We boarded our cat there for 10 days & 9 nights for vacation. She loves it so much that she would live there if we let her!! I encourage everyone that boards a cat to do their Safari Stroll option. They just pet, cuddle & pour affection into your feline kid!!! Thank you all for always being there for our baby as well as our family. You can’t buy peace of mind like this. We trust them with our treasures.

You can mix and match sauces, meat and pasta (gluten-free available). It’s not expensive. Too bad we don’t live closer.
The meals are huge. We took enough home for another meal. That makes it even more affordable.

This spot is a total gem! The minute you walk in, the ambience makes you feel like you’re sitting in a close friend's home—warm, super clean, and incredibly welcoming.
The food was fantastic and the coffee was top-notch. If you're visiting for the first time and don't see street parking right away, don't worry! While on-street spots can be a bit tight, there is plenty of convenient off-street parking in the lot kitty-corner to the building.
Overall, a fantastic experience from start to finish. We’ll definitely be back!

They have the best Chinese takeout and you get so much food for how cheap it is here. The chicken basil fried rice is one of my favorites, but everything I’ve tried here has been great. The pizza combinations are delicious and they have flavors for everyone. The service is spectacular and we love the vibe of the restaurant. The owner is usually on site when we go and greets everyone on arrival. We like to sit at the bar and watch the team make and deliver the pizza's. This is a must for any pizza lover!!

I ask for a double order of chicken on my regular salad and it always looks like the same amount as a regular order. When I ask, they say “that’s a large”. I am currently halfway through my regular sized salad and there is no chicken. I feel like they are skimping on the protein. The food is usually pretty fresh.

I don't know their names but it was on 8/4 around 330ish. i'm not from Franklin and a friend brought me a drink and it ended up being from a different place and I had no idea. All I knew was the name of the drink and what color it was🤦♀ They ended up figuring out what was in the drink and made it for me and we're so kind and patient with me and the drink turned out so good will definitely be coming back and shout out to those girls!! And the shop was super cute:)

The people at Critter Calvary do training, work to save animals from kill shelters, and are a small volunteer organization. They were so kind to me and my dog i rescued came healthy and they were up front about her past. I am forever thankful for Critter Cavalry. They also didnt turn me away or judge me for being single and living in an apartment (at the time). Please focus on the positive reviews about this group of pet lovers.
Original: Got my best friend from the lovely folks at Critter Cavalry in Dec of 2023. I was new to town and they were flexible with me on meeting and gave me suggestions about dog ownership. My girl came crate trained and knowing so many commands. I know she was loved by her foster family Emma and I now have a hiking buddy and a playmate for my cat. Thank you ?

My mom is highly allergic to dogs so they even washed the two pups and had them set aside for us to do a visit to ensure a clean environment to meet. They also answered all of my questions so graciously and stayed in touch for any questions post-purchase too. The whole process was so smooth and didn’t feel pressured at all.
