I went online to re-order the high potency fine only to find that it was out of stock. I called several places around me in LEBANON, Tennessee and was unable to successfully locate any. I called Harrison’s bird food store and spoke to Tammy and after she understood the gravity of my situation, she invited me to come down to the store and to buy bags from the shelf. I cannot say enough, how much her kindness and sincere empathy meant to me. I truly appreciate Harrison‘s bird food and my parrot is now a lifelong consumer.

101 Creekside Crossing, BrentwoodThis store is GREAT! Visiting my daughter in Nashville & needed a few things. The staff could not be more friendly or helpful, and the quality & variety of the items sold here is so much better than the big box stores I was going to.
I was having issues with my dog not liking his food, and immediately I was offered samples of different brands to try (a first for us!) to save us the cost of buying bags as I had been at the big box stores.
My dog now knows this store well after a couple of visits and gets VERY excited in the car when he sees where we are 😂

8105 Moores Lane Suite 1300, BrentwoodI have been a Banfield customer for over 10 years, and a Dr Herman fan for most of that time. I drive an hour (one way) to see the team at this location — I have 4 dogs, so my commitment to the Moores Lane team can not be understated! I have had consistently subpar experiences at other Banfield locations, and will not go to another location unless it is a dire emergency that doesn’t warrant an ER. The staff and doctors at the Moores Lane location are fabulous, all the time. Dr Herman is exceptional in his care and interpersonal skills. We also adore Dr Williams, Dr Kim and Dr Harvey. Deedee (sp? I’m sorry!), amongst others, are always wonderful at the front desk. All of the vet techs are always incredibly professional and personable.

They allow you to call during boarding to make sure your dog is having a great time. My dog always comes home exhausted from a fun day of playing.

She cracked a guinesss open for me and then sold me a bottle of the best hot bbq sauce I’ve EVER had! An order Fried pickles and sliced brisket sandwich later….i was happy. The brisket was perfection. I don’t know how that keep it from drying out but if was so good! This is a serious joint for anyone REAL bbq.

Monday was our first day in Tennessee, and my daughter wanted to stop in and try the donuts, so we did. Looking back, it felt like we were meant to meet Colette. We sat and enjoyed our donuts and iced coffee while chatting with her between helping customers.
Her customer service was exceptional. From her warm greeting to her genuine kindness and cheerful personality. It’s rare these days to meet someone in the workforce who possesses all of those wonderful qualities.

My order was correct, which it often isn't on an order for seven people. The food came out well prepared and timely. I was especially impressed that the bun of my burger was perfectly toasted. The restaurant was clean, the parking lot was spacious, and the bathrooms were clean.
