I went online to re-order the high potency fine only to find that it was out of stock. I called several places around me in LEBANON, Tennessee and was unable to successfully locate any. I called Harrison’s bird food store and spoke to Tammy and after she understood the gravity of my situation, she invited me to come down to the store and to buy bags from the shelf. I cannot say enough, how much her kindness and sincere empathy meant to me. I truly appreciate Harrison‘s bird food and my parrot is now a lifelong consumer.

101 Creekside Crossing, BrentwoodThis store is GREAT! Visiting my daughter in Nashville & needed a few things. The staff could not be more friendly or helpful, and the quality & variety of the items sold here is so much better than the big box stores I was going to.
I was having issues with my dog not liking his food, and immediately I was offered samples of different brands to try (a first for us!) to save us the cost of buying bags as I had been at the big box stores.
My dog now knows this store well after a couple of visits and gets VERY excited in the car when he sees where we are 😂

8105 Moores Lane Suite 1300, BrentwoodI have been a Banfield customer for over 10 years, and a Dr Herman fan for most of that time. I drive an hour (one way) to see the team at this location — I have 4 dogs, so my commitment to the Moores Lane team can not be understated! I have had consistently subpar experiences at other Banfield locations, and will not go to another location unless it is a dire emergency that doesn’t warrant an ER. The staff and doctors at the Moores Lane location are fabulous, all the time. Dr Herman is exceptional in his care and interpersonal skills. We also adore Dr Williams, Dr Kim and Dr Harvey. Deedee (sp? I’m sorry!), amongst others, are always wonderful at the front desk. All of the vet techs are always incredibly professional and personable.

They allow you to call during boarding to make sure your dog is having a great time. My dog always comes home exhausted from a fun day of playing.

They know each dog's unique needs and personality. When our oldest dog developed arthritis they took care to give his meds and keep him safe. It's a comfort to know our dogs are happy and cared for when we have to leave them.

I had not been here in a while so I was excited to hear this location served coffee now. So I ordered decaf house brewed via the app. Upon arriving at the shop, I learned they did not actually offer decaf house brewed. Very disappointed for I really did not want caffeinated coffee. Please update menu options on app and consider serving decaf. Coffee is good, but please check the lids and cup. The combination I got was leaking. Thanks!

We had fried shrimp, sweet potatoe fries, broccoli, a catfish/shrimp poboy (very good and good bread!) season fries, and a cold beer. Living along I-55 I could appreciate the menu options and they did not disappoint. Surrounding tables looked good too. This place is SUPER LOUD though and you know that as soon as you walk in. The accoustics are terrible so I did have to lean over to talk to the others at the table and ask the waiter to repeat themselves once or twice. The crowd died down towards the end of the meal and was much more manageable. Server was excellent. Water stayed filled, food was timely and hot, all good. Yes, I would recommend a repeat visit. They appear to be a chain.

330 Franklin Road Suite 908, Brentwood1987 was the last time I had truly good Bulgogi, I was stationed at Kusan AB Korea. This blew me away. Truly phenomenal food. My wife shared this with me and we both had enough to eat. She did get some fries as well and those were great too. If you haven't tried this place, I would highly recommend, and we will be going back soon. Nothing fancy about the place, just great food.

Not the cheapest place but on par with other coffee shops in the area. They have a coffee punch card so be sure to ask for one. It’s a cute little place to meet a friend or kill a little time.
