“Most of the time gas is less expensive here in Cookeville, TN. If I'm in Cookville and am at half a tank or below I will top off my tank. Sometimes when I get back closer to home I'm surprised to find my local pumps may be a little less, but not often.”

“5 stars only for Brandon in the tire department! He helped me while the manger on duty hung up on me. The corporate number is answered by people from another country that are at a call center. They will just try to call the store and then tell you, that you have to just drive up there.
Would give the management 0 stars if I could.”

“I love this pharmacy! Friendly, helpful employees, fast service, always have my meds in stock. One time I had planned to pick my prescription up on a Friday. The day before they called me to let me know that they were gonna be closed (think it was when they were remodeling or maybe the holidays) and asked if I needed my meds so that I didn’t run out. They were about to close in 15 mins but I was 20 mins away. They actually waited for me to get there even after they had already locked the door and I got my meds. Im so thankful they did that because if I hadn’t had the medicine I would’ve been going thru withdrawals and that’s definitely not fun at all. You already know any of the big name pharmacies would’ve never done that. So without hesitation, I give this pharmacy a 10 out of 10 and I highly recommend.”
“I’ve only ever used Infinity Pharmacy for over-the-counter items, but every time I’ve stopped in, they’ve had what I needed and provided friendly, helpful customer service. On one occasion, they didn’t have a specific item I was looking for—a syringe to flush my mouth after wisdom tooth surgery—but other than that, they’ve been reliable. The store is clean and easy to navigate, and I appreciate the personal, small-business feel. My only real complaint is that the parking lot can be tricky when you're trying to turn left out of it, depending on the time of day. Still, it’s a solid local pharmacy I feel good about supporting.”

“Great pharmacy techs. Very thorough. Lee is the greatest and the most informative. They have only been out of my medication a few times (which was out of their hands) so that's not on them. I just wish they would go back to normal hours of the pharmacy closing at 8pm instead of 7pm.
Many people, including myself work shifts that make it so we can't get our prescriptions before they close.”

“Clean, always stocked with the items I am looking for at the time. Employees promptly answer questions and seem happy to help you. Checkout has self checkout options which helps when you have few items and the staffed checkouts are swamped. I'm glad to have it here in Cookeville.”
“I have used this pharmacy since they opened. They have always been quick and accommodating. The lady has literally ask if I wanted to try good RX prices when my insurance price was too high(whoever said they don’t use Good Rx is speaking wrongfully). The ladies at the counter are always cheerful and I love hearing about one lady(I think her name is Ashley) about her cat! They have never given me a problem and if the insurance gives me a problem they get a hold of the doctor and they situate it.
I know people can be terrible to pharmacy personnel. You have so many people coming in at their worst, and sick, so I am sure this is a difficult job. Everyone including Brittany(sp?) the pharmacist I usually see while I’m there keeps an upbeat and positive attitude! Even listens to me vent about how my nose congestion is once again defeating me! I see these negitive reviews and it baffles me! This is a great pharmacy!”

“On 6/8/2026 we had an issue that occurred regarding a prescription... We were on a road trip and grabbed the Rx as we were headed out of town. 7 hours later we realized there was a problem. Upon calling the pharmacy we eventually ended up talking with Shane, the pharmacy manager. He went the extra mile in resolving the situation, involving him returning a call to us after working on the problem. Thank you, Shane! Kudos to you and to the care you exhibited to customers you have never met. We are grateful!”
“I really like shopping at Walgreens. They usually have some pretty good deals, especially on everyday items and seasonal stuff. The pharmacists at my location are always super kind and helpful—they actually take the time to answer questions without making you feel rushed. The cashiers are friendly too, which makes checkout a lot more pleasant. It’s just a convenient place to stop by when I need something quick, whether it's snacks, medicine, or makeup.”

“The pharmacists here always take a second to give me a second opinion and explain to me what side effects to look out for and if there are any major concerns. I don’t like taking daily medication but at least they add some easement to my anxiety about medication by simple explanations on how they work and what most experience. They will even tell you how over the counter meds such as cold, cough or allergy meds will or won’t effect/interact with your daily meds . I’m more than content with them as my go to pharmacy!”
“Walgreens does not accept or ship packages by or for USPS. Only FedEx. If you don't have a shipping label it's OK , you can get one here FedEx shipping is located in the photo lab which is usually in the front corner of the store.I Found several inquires online saying that 24hr Walgreens do accept and ship packages for USPS. Especially after business hours. This may be true but not at this location.”
