“2/15/25 - Today I went to Tractor Supply for assistance because my utility trailer left rear light did not operate correctly.
The light lite up but would not work for left turn signaling nor for hazard signaling.
I explained the issue and Connor, Customer Associate physically looked it over. He opened the light housing and determined there’s a loose wire.
Connor proceeded to strip and splice the wire, reassemble the housing. Now the signaling works.
He explained that the wire he reconnected along with the loose bolts holding the assembly inplace was not grounding properly were the issues.
Connor’s efforts and patient assistance gives me confidence in Tractor Supply’s Excellent customer care.

“I Love my Neighborhood Home Deepot, butttt I recently placed an order, received all products but my Double pack of Compressed air for my son he'd been wanting for his laptop, at the time of placing the order I wasn't told it wasn't in stock, proof picture Verified not in picture as well, so I've reached out, an were told that on their end, it was put in that it wasn't in stock, an the young lady stated she dont know y at the time of purchase i wasn't told( it was an onlinestocks, tho) but still have yet to receive it or have yet to receive a refund due to I made the purchase with a gift card, it's been going on 2 weeks now, i was also told if i wasn't able to come to that particular store with ID, they'd send me a check in the mail and I told them when I reached out I would still prefer to have the product for my son, so hopefully they send it, but have receive nothing as of yet, Still all smiles tho??✌️”

“Pretty good quality and quantity of plants and accessories. Only issue is that the checkout lines are so slow. Sometimes it's because of staffing. Sometimes because since a lot of items have to be looked up it takes longer. When buying stones or other items with a sticker I take a picture of the label on the shelf. Maybe Lowe's can think outside the box and have a camera that can quickly identify those items. I do see people leave a lot because they don't want to wait.”
“Searched online for a doorknob, found it and went to Collierville store and was guided to location by Jack. In and out in 10 minutes and Jack represents you well.”

Yesterday 4/1/24 I came to the Home Depot to pay a bil and on my way out I saw a very good Palm plant.
I paid for the plant and without knowing left my wallet in the basket. Left and forgot all about it.
Today, I returned when I couldn't see my wallet. Thank God I found it all in tact.

“This Lowes location has made a great turnaround in Customer Service but while shopping Friday, 4/19/24 in the garden center they have a black & white Feral cat roaming that almost made me fall when it jumped off an elevated plant display. Why would you force customers to come in contact with a Feral animal who is also pooping & peeing on merchandise that customers have to handle. This puts customers and employees at risk of being exposed to unnecessary bacteria, disease, fleas, etc. Store management needs to address this ASAP. I am a retired Public Health Professional and First Responder. This is a Dangerous Situation !!!”
“Lowes, aka Rob Lowes, has a good selection of home goods. The "hardware" of yesteryear is over. We are stuck with Walmart style big box stores. We got 2 choices. Lowes and HD.”
“We went to the Lowe's in Bartlett on Hwy 64/Stage Road to look at their plants in the Garden Center and to pickup some bathroom caulk. We found the items we needed and browsed around the store for a while. This is our go to store due to its location and personal preference. We have been to several other Lowe's locations in the area and have always had a good experience.”
