Recently worked with Melanie and Candace to have an inherited ring resized. The good folks at Hollie Winter's recommended that the ring be retipped - something that had not even crossed my mind to check considering the age of the ring. I also asked for an appraisal with the hope that the resizing, the retipping and the appraisal could all be done in a reduced time frame.
Everything was done in the agreed upon time and the ring looks absolutely amazing. So glad that I worked with Hollie Winter Fine Jewelry!”
“I was in search of a watch repair shop to adjust the links on my nephew’s band for graduation and within half an hour of finding them on Google, I came in. Roberta was so nice on the phone and Keith was extremely personable and knowledgeable on 2 visits during that week while I was in town from TX. I was also able to view some of their merchandise and learn that they carry my favorite watch brand, Tissot. I will certainly be shopping with them in the near future!”

I went in a year and a half ago and they cut my wedding ring off on the day of my divorce after 28 years - they were so incredibly supportive, genuine, and did it for free. “Whenever I walk in, I feel like I'm back in the 80s or 90s when relationships, service, and attention to detail meant more.
They did a major service on my 20+ year old TAG for a few months ago and the work was exceptional. The store was moderately busy a few days ago when I went in and they still checked my other watch for me and ran a degausse on it.
Neither watch was purchased from them - they could have just as easily turned me away or referred me back to the manufacturers. A very big THANK YOU to them for their great service and fair dealings.”

“My boyfriend and I came in just to look at some rings. I wasn't sure what size I was and the two workers were quick to offer help. The worker, (I believe the receipt said her name was Emily) was beyond helpful as I picked out the set I liked. The one on display was much too big for me so she searched through storage for 1 of the 2 left. She also searched for the band that I wanted which happened to be the last left in stock. When she looked at it, she informed me that she would clean it first and then have me to decide if I was satisfied enough. She profusely thanked us for being patient but we really just appreciated her energy in providing what I wanted. Overall, we're pretty satisfied and hope she gets acknowledgement for her work!”
