“Very clean facility, definitely highly recommend if you are skeptical about laundry mats like I am! The bathroom was spotless and there were vending machines for laundry supplies and also snacks.”
“This place is comfortable and clean, Britney makes sure to keep the building clean and tidy whenever she can. Helps the customers and is sociable enough to let them feel welcomed.”
“I come every time I need to wash, the staff and environment is very pleasant. If you need help they are always willing to help out of a scale from 1 to 10 they will be a 10 plus.”
“Sara was very helpful. She showed me how to use the washers/dryers and also assisted me with folding and taking my laundry to the vehicle. The laundry mat was clean, no trash or debris anywhere.”
“Mr. John was a great help. The lights has been out for 3 days now and we had to come to the washer. He assisted me with loading my card and picking out the best washer to use per my affordability. Highly recommend”
“This was my first time at Best Wash I had a very great experience. The lady that was attending the wash for that day was very knowledgeable about using the washers and dryer and help register at the kiosk to purchase a card. I give it a 10 out of 10. also, it was very clean and neat on the inside”
“They did an amazing job! Everything was so clean and smelled so good! They got my shower cleaner than I have ever been able to! Was so great to come home to a clean house! Would definitely recommend using Magic Broom! You will be so glad you did!”
“i absolutely love bringing my clothes here. Angie gets things done very quickly with the best results possible. Shes very sweet, never a bad visit with her working!!”
“I’ve been coming here for a while now and the service and staff have always been super helpful and friendly. The restrooms are always clean when I come, I love that they have a play area my kid loves that part the most. I prefer to come when it’s least busy. Prices are great as well especially while trying to save for a washer and dryer. I recommend giving this laundry mat a try you will not be disappointed.”
“Great laundromat! It’s always clean, the machines work well, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is calm, and there are plenty of washer and dryer sizes.”
“I had to make a review because this was by far the most peaceful experience I’ve had washing. It was enough washers and dryer and the cost was great.
After washing and drying I left behind some ideas that were important to me anyway. And I reached out to the owner to see if I can get some help with possibly locating it. And it was a good chance this item was taken already or tossed. So he went above and beyond and cashed app me so I can get a replacement. He didn’t have to do that but I’m appreciative because today has been a day and he could tell I was overwhelmed. I appreciate you Josh.”
“My first time using this Towne Country Cleaners and I must say, customer service is top tier. I had a discrepancy with one of pieces and they rectified the issue in a timely manner”
“This man at this Laundromat is extremely helpful, friendly, respectful, and very professional.
I just had to commend him.
He is always working, cleaning just taking care of things. He takes care of customers as well. You can tell he cares about people, and his job.
Bravo!

“Expensive but do the best job I've seen yet here in Memphis. I have an online clothing store and photograph my clothing, they really make it look great. Worth the extra cost if you have vintage or expensive clothing.”
“We dropped off laundry to be done. It was done super quick and my daughter’s baby blue belt bag was beautifully cleaned (she was very worried the stain wouldn’t come out). So easy and well done!”
“Clean and well maintained. You have the option of paying with an app or using quarters. The machines are new and there is an attendant that keeps the place clean.”
“This cleaners was recommended to me by a bea Neighbor, who lives directly in front of me. I have only been here two times so far, with only two suits and a dress shirt. Staff are friendly and helpful. Haven't seen what appears to be any Men”
“Best prices in town , you will literally save so much money going to it plus its super clean with great machines and the people are always nice and its very safe and very well taken care of. I recommend to everyone”
“The staff is always very friendly and helpful. They have advised me on proper ways to remove stains, and what things not to do before bringing them in for professional cleaning. Best cleaners that I have used in the past 40 years.”

“My washer went out and with 4 kids, I needed to find a place to do our laundry. This place was clean, including the restroom, and I felt safe. I brought cash and they had a coin machine. I used 6 small washers + 4 dryers (~30 min each) and I spent between $25-$30 total. I was very pleased with that, considering the amount of laundry done in less than 2 hours. My kids sat at a table/in our wagon, we posted up in the corner, and they colored/snacked the whole time. If I go again, I'll bring a tablet with a movie - it's a perfect spot to set them up. I'll be back anytime I need a laundromat!”
“I went in this evening about 6 ish as i had a lot of bedding/ blankets to dry, 4 dryers! Great customer service by the gal working behind the counter! Wasnt crowded! Glad i went tonight vs in the a m when it will b a lot colder temps”
“I had a wonderful experience for my first visit after leaving my order with the morning clerk, Cindy! Not so much the next afternoon on my lunch break when I went back to pick up to find the door had a sign on it saying that they were out for a bit. I waited for about 15 and gave up and had to go back the next morning. Clothes looked great. But people should be on time to work. Thank you Cindy for taking such great care of me both days! I will definitely be back thanks to you!”

“Spent ~$14 to wash/dry my comforter -- something that normally costs me $30 at the dry cleaners to launder (and takes 2 full weeks of waiting). I was in and out in under an hour.
Super helpful (and feisty!) manager on duty who helped me understand how the machines work and helped me get best $$ value.
Very well kept facility with highly efficient machines. I used a combo of credit card for wash + quarters for dryers. Zero problems except I didn't understand how the detergent receptacles worked, so I overdosed a bit on detergent. But my wash came out fine. In all a great experience. Will definitely return if I need to use a commercial size washer.”
“First time here and I will likely return. I like the promptness in response time from the company and customer service was friendly. I purchased a blazer that was in need of professional cleaning as there were apparent marks. Thankfully, I was able to walk in and drop off my item to be cleaned. This place is reasonably priced, super affordable, and if you drop off your standard apparel for cleaning Mon-Thur between (7-8) you're items are ready for pickup within the hour.I received my item within a day and I'm pleased with the overall experience of my order. I look forward to returning.”

“I've used this cleaners for a few years now, I find that they are very responsive to how you state you would like your clothing, as of a few years ago they didn't offer same day service, but other than that I've never had a problem with any of my dry cleaning orders, staff is friendly and service is prompt. I also find the staff to be very honest, I've been handed over at least $50 bucks that I had left in my clothing, which I found neatly folded and in a plastic baggie attached to my clothes. Right at the beginning of the COVID restrictions, I dropped off an order of clothing and since I was working from home I really lacked the motivation to go and pick them back up, low and behold a year later I received a phone call, "you have clothes here, lol, which I promptly picked up, probably should have been donated or sold, but they were nice enough to call me.”
“Awesome Services and great Staff. I promise I haven’t had not one bad experience with them. My St John’s knits are very cared for. Thanks Lakeland Cleaners you deserve every Star ? ??????”
