I went to Hollywood with a picture of the Hill's food the vet had recommended.
My daughter forgot the food before she left town.
The nice young lady help me from start to finish and took the big bag of food to my car.
She was just very awesome!

“The staff at Hollywood feed Collierville and the Bartlett location are so friendly and helpful. I don't like returning things, but my dog has a sensitive system, and she just can't tolerate some things. The staff has been so helpful, and when I tried a couple of things, that didn't set well with my dog, I returned the PKG, and they never made me feel weird by returning or exchanging the product. It's always such a a pleasant shopping experience!”

“2/15/25 - Today I went to Tractor Supply for assistance because my utility trailer left rear light did not operate correctly.
The light lite up but would not work for left turn signaling nor for hazard signaling.
I explained the issue and Connor, Customer Associate physically looked it over. He opened the light housing and determined there’s a loose wire.
Connor proceeded to strip and splice the wire, reassemble the housing. Now the signaling works.
He explained that the wire he reconnected along with the loose bolts holding the assembly inplace was not grounding properly were the issues.
Connor’s efforts and patient assistance gives me confidence in Tractor Supply’s Excellent customer care.

All of the Green cheek conures and parakeets that I purchased at the store throughout the years are extremely tame and very healthy birds. Even the parakeets on day one were able to finger perch and do step up, I am very impressed.”

“The Collierville Petco staff has been magnificently helpful in this last week - first with the turtle emergency and then, by chance, the search for a new groomer....They actually had an opening (which can now be booked online and you can choose the date and time) the very day I was looking for a groomer! On arrival, Erin, checked Jennie in and listened to everything that was the perfect groom I had in mind....now, seriously, I have searched for years to have this half poodle half maltese cut done but with a nearly shaved body....there have been 2 who succeeded, only to disappear....but Erin? Erin wins the Gold Medal for absolute perfection with the verbal picture I painted for her! Even the cut around her face was even and smooth! And, I LOVE fluffy paws! Exuberance is an understatement! The management has done a most excellent job at finding talent for this store! They are truly professionals, not just stockers and cashiers! They are helpful and mindful, they listen and then do their very best to accomodate each customer and their beloved pets!”

“Bring my dogs here for just the bath package that includes nail trimming and always have a wonderful experience.
