My daughter forgot the food before she left town.
The nice young lady help me from start to finish and took the big bag of food to my car.

“The staff at Hollywood feed Collierville and the Bartlett location are so friendly and helpful. I don't like returning things, but my dog has a sensitive system, and she just can't tolerate some things. The staff has been so helpful, and when I tried a couple of things, that didn't set well with my dog, I returned the PKG, and they never made me feel weird by returning or exchanging the product. It's always such a a pleasant shopping experience!”

“Great service and store is always organized well. The checkout lines are prompt and usually most items are in stock. Getting in and out of the parking lot is busy but it usually clears out with no issue. The garden center outside is a great addition and is a section to visit if you need something other stores might not have. Check out their flock of birds when they come in and you will score a deal. Skip the delivery process for now if you order online until things improve as I have had issues with same/next day delivery. In store pickup is the better option. In person and loading up a cart is a breeze.”

“Bring my dogs here for just the bath package that includes nail trimming and always have a wonderful experience. My dogs are a bonded pair that do better when kept together and Pet Styles is always very accommodating making it less stressful for my pups. They always leave happy, smelling good, and with the cutest little bandanas or bows on. 5/5 would recommend.”
