I can get my groceries at any Food City but I will only come here for my prescriptions!”
“I just wanted to give Katie and her staff a huge shout out. I was really having issues get my preventative migraine medication filled at my local Walgreens. It was so so difficult and frustrating having to wait or being told that I could only have 1/2 of my prescription. I felt defeated and believed I would have to continue to suffer from these debilitating headaches. My coworker told me he had a friend that was a Pharmacist for a specialty pharmacy about 2 hrs from where we lived. I was skeptical at first and was concerned about how far the pharmacy was from me. Well come to find out Katie is that pharmacist and with just one phone call from my coworker her team was calling me within minutes. Her staff got my name and phone number and within the hour I was advised that my prescription had been transferred and she would ship it directly to me via FedEx. I was so relieved, and quite impressed. I've been receiving my medication without delay or hesitation and I'm now less than 5 migraines days a month where I was previously around 15. I appreciate Katie and her staff helping me get my life back. Katie I just want to thank you and your staff for the consistent dedication by making sure I'm able to receive my medication without delay. ❤️❤️❤️”

“This will be my second review for this location. I recently had to change insurance due to loss of coverage through an employer. I knew I was going from $0 to having a copay going forward because of this. However, I didn't know just how much. Due to issues trying to get this medication through local pharms a friend referred me. I literally only have 1 medication filled through this location and living 2 hrs away it is shipped directly to me . This medication has been the very reason I now have a better quality of life . I am a migraine sufferer and this medication is everything for me. It is very very costly. Having prepared myself to possibly have to pay hundreds of dollars just as a copay to continue to have it well just say it was a hard pill to swallow. However, I knew I needed to continue to have it. Well when I filled the script the copay was $90 not the hundreds as I had expected but still alot for 1 script .When I tell you the tech did something that blew my mind and left me knowing it is truly people that care about helping people. She said to me hey wait just one minute let me see if I can assist you with that copay as you have always received this medication with no cost to you. She added a discount card and it took my copay back to $0. I was left speechless and my heart was warm with joy and what a relief it was . So all I can say is please use this location for your medication needs they go above and beyond. Thank you ladies without you my life would not be what it is today. ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️”

“My 87 year old father fell and broke his ankle and leg in numerous places at his home. Followed by surgery and a week stay in the hospital. With the advice from an acquaintance who happened to end up being my father’s social worker that was provided by the hospital, we settled on Beverly Park Place due to the proximity of facilities and being recently established physical therapy unit. We were told that he would receive exceptional care. As with any transfer from one facility to another, sometimes things get misconstrued and gaps occur. Once we were able to connect properly with the staff and make the necessary adjustments all went smoothly. My father is not used to being in such a facility and in need of specific care. The staff was exceptionally supportive and kind with my Dad. He only had good things to say about his tenure of the facility. Everyone enjoyed sitting down with him and talking about his experiences and his recent loss of his spouse of 67 years. They took the time to understand his feelings and the uncertainty of his future in healing both physically and emotionally. The team became more than just nursing staff. He wanted to know each of them personally and understand how they became involved in their profession. My father never has met a stranger and even though he was dealing with major losses of family, friends and now his own personal mobility, he never allowed himself to feel pity upon himself personally. Determined to get through this and get back with his family. I could not ask for a better experience on such a personal level. I hear numerous adverse experiences in my line of work dealing with bereaved families and so many times a situation becomes greater than originally imagined. Death and grief are strong emotions and I feel that Beverly Park Place handled our situations professionally and with a great sense of respect to our family and our father. Thank you all.”
