“After being frustrated with Verizon and being on the phone for 2 hours, I came to our local store to try to fix the issue. As soon as I walked in, Kayla was on top of our problem and got me fixed up. She is so knowledgeable, personable and so sweet. She also helped me almost two years ago with an issue and remembered me and asked about my trip I was going on that year. Great customer service, great experience!!!
