“After being frustrated with Verizon and being on the phone for 2 hours, I came to our local store to try to fix the issue. As soon as I walked in, Kayla was on top of our problem and got me fixed up. She is so knowledgeable, personable and so sweet. She also helped me almost two years ago with an issue and remembered me and asked about my trip I was going on that year. Great customer service, great experience!!! I hope I don’t have anymore issues, but I know where to go and who to speak with if I do!”

“Customer service at this store, ABSOLUTELY GREAT. I got a new phone by warranty and we had to wireless transfer all my stuff from old phone to new phone. I had 2 amazing employees Evans and a female (I can't remember her name) helping me. My phone took so long they stayed an hour and a half after closing hours just so I could have my phone finished. I didn't even ask them too, I was expecting to have to come grab my phone the next morning. They were both just so welcoming and all around amazing people to be around.”
