“The deli is painfully slow. I've been the only person standing there with two or three people behind counter and was not acknowledged for a few minutes. The Deli meats are limited.”
“Stopped by Stoney's today for lunch. We had BBQ sandwiches and they were absolutely delicious. The sandwich is large and price is very reasonable. We met the owner, his mother, and grandmother! What a great family!!! We are new to Polk County and we were just checking out different spots in the area. This was our first visit but will not be our last!!! Great food, great atmosphere and great people!!”
“The check out line had several, 6 in it. An associate promptly opened another with a smile.
I really liked that.
This DG store was neat, tidy and well stocked. That is not the case for many of them.”
“I can just jump in, get what I need and jump out! Zoom, zoom home.. Little secret? If the parking lot is too packed I won't go in. It just takes too long to get through the line and they have 2 registers but only one is ever open!! All in all, dollar general serves a purpose.”
“Great place to shop, if it's not too busy. Sometimes it's slammed! Shelves are usually stocked, but they could stock more Cherry Coke and chocolate dunkin' stix. Used to have a hot girl that worked there, but she disappeared. ?”
“I’ve not had any issues. I usually just go for an item or two. I will say Dollar General does not treat its employees well. So keep that in mind if you’re upset with an employee. There’s even documentaries on the company’s behavior. Very low staffed. Everybody has bad days. Keep that in mind.”

“Today I was coming from a friend’s funeral in Athens, TNheaded towards my son’s grave at the Delano Cemetery, and I had to stop in for some necessities at a trusty neighborhood Dollar General. I have to say, it was clean and well stocked. The sweet lady and young man running the store were both doing a fine job! Thanks for all of your help on a tough day!”
