“I just wanted to say, I love the large buggies this store has, they make it so convenient to buy a whole weeks worth of groceries for the children instead of only being able to buy only a few days worth of food.. I also wanted to say how clean and well kept this store is, it is the very best grocery store within a 60 mile radius of Athens. The prices are always the best the quality of products is always the best because of how well the store is run. I don't know who runs this store, they are a blessing from God to the people, this I do know. I Love my UGO, No Doubt its a five star grocery outlet ,.⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐”
“Thank to the sweet produce lady that made me a fresh fruit cup , because of being allergic to honey dew she didn't have to stop doing what she was doing to just do one fresh fruit cup. It was definitely appreciated.”
“The deli is open Monday through Saturday 5 to 10Sunday 7 a.m. to 8 pm customer service was wonderful and the bathrooms were clean this store was clean as well as completely stocked and perfectly organized and clean”

“Some of the people working there were not too friendly one girl wrung up my mom's lottery ticket wrong an never ask her if she wanted the power play an just charged her for it an my mom refused to pay for it an the girl called the police on my mom for refusing to pay for her mistake an the police officer told her that he couldn't do anything about it an the girl called her manager an the manager told her she couldn't make my mom pay for her mistake so the manager came to the store to fix it an my mom never went back there they need to train these girls better about asking the customer what they want..only right”

“Store is always clean and the staff couldn't be more friendly. Stopped in for a few last min things for Xmas and found just what I needed. The store was set to close at 5pm yet at 530 they were still happily ringing up the last few shoppers. Make sure to check out the apps for can't miss deals”

“This is a hometown store, where everybody knows everybody. The staff are always friendly, helpful, greets you by name, or remembers that you hadn't been in the store for a while. The store is always clean, great prices, love the dollar aisle.”

I picked up some meat and cheese and that was really all I needed, but I did walk the rest of the store. Decently well stocked, I found a good selection in bedding and personal care. No trash on the floor. I was greeted three times by associates. The parking lot is tidy and the cart corrals were not full. I see alot of complaining about the customer service there, I've never had a bad experience there,and I'm in there EVERYDAY,staff is always helpful ,DIANE,SHANE,KIM,And the newest MNGR ,Along with some new faces behind the counter? Have always been courteous,and props to the newest MNGR for rearranging the store to maximize space! The new SCAN ID FOR TOBACCO? FROM CORPRATE, NOT COOL! You have the right to verify age, but not to enter Someone's private info into a database to track your sales. “It has everything you need. I think the meat prices are more than other stores. And I wish they would stay open 24/7. I don't like having to check myself out. I wasn't trained for that job. But I don't want to miss something and get a shoplifting charge. I don't understand why have the employees when they just stand there unless you call them for help. We need full time check out employees. It's not my fault if something goes wrong. I wasn't trained to do that job. Get with it Wal Mart.”
