“I took my car in for a pretty tough issue, and while it didn’t get fully fixed this time, I still want to give credit where it’s due. The mechanic was honest, respectful, and worked hard trying to figure out the problem. They kept me informed throughout and didn’t try to upsell me or pressure me into anything unnecessary. Sometimes cars can be tricky and I appreciate the effort they put in. I’d still recommend them and would come back for future repairs.”
