Had an appointment today for 10am. Charles arrived at 9:45 and started the job. Was finished at 11:15. We have found our technician!! I had surgery recently and wasn’t able to drive, my daughter was driving my car when someone pulled out and hit us. When my car was ready after the repairs, my daughter was out of town and I had no one to pick up my car. They sent someone to my home to deliver my car to me. My car had been washed and vacuumed too! I was kept up to date by texts on all the stages of my car repair. Excellent service! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”
“I had my vehicle repaired over 5 years ago by the previous owner. At that time I was given a lifetime warranty for the work. Recently the paint began to flake off the front bumper. I took the original paperwork by and Bo the manager was extremely courteous, professional, and helpful. They cheerfully made the necessary repairs and my car is like new again. I was expecting to need a timing belt change, and he informed me that I didn't need it because my car uses a timing chain. He easily could have snookered me and charged me for an unnecessary change. “Great shop for Zs. Krash did right by me. He swapped my rev up to a De, resealed the new engine, took care of the tune and ecu issues, replaced my rear main seal, replaced my clutch, got my flywheel resurfaced, and he did my brake pads. You won’t find a better shop for anything Japanese.”

She spent 3 days fighting with the first adjuster on my warranty claim to make sure I was getting the right part and coverage.Work was done quickly and they had my truck back to me ahead of schedule.
