So many told us what we wanted to hear over the phone to only find nothing true. My husband found Arlington Motors and a GMC Terrain. He did the car fax on it and all looked just as it was described. We drove out to see it and Justin was awesome. He knew we loved it and wanted it. He agreed to hold it for us until our down payment check arrived. He was super nice and bent over backwards to make the deal happen. He even included gap insurance and a warranty. We have had no issues with the SUV and I can’t recommend them enough. No high pressure or lies. If you are looking for a vehicle I say to give Justin a call. Smaller lots can work magic.”

“The gentleman who helped me was very caring. I called and explained my steering wheel was shaking when I drove and asked how much it was for a diagnostic. He told me he wouldn’t do any work before letting me know the cost and he squeezed me in same day/ short notice. They checked my car quickly and told me it was my tire causing the shaking and didn’t charge me anything for the diagnostic. He didn’t have the tires in stock but was kind enough to tell me exactly what was wrong, even printing it out for me to take elsewhere. In my opinion this was very honest and caring. 3 other places were going to charge me $100 plus just to look at the car before any work. Thank you for the kind service and I will return for future work.”

“Whenever I need a new tire, I go here. You have to call ahead and make an appointment, they fill up fast. Also, there are only 2 chairs in the waiting area. Affordable tires. When you call to make appointment, have your tire size/type info ready to give them. Usually takes about an hour to get finished, so I advise having someone go with you in another car so you don't have to wait around.”

“Our mini van broke down in Oakland (road trip from KY to TX) on Sunday evening after Jul-4 ... alternator failure. We booked into a motel and I started calling auto services, leaving messages. Several places said they could help on Tuesday, as long as I could get the vehicle towed.
Dave phoned me back Monday morning and said he could help us out immediately. His guys met me at the van ... they got it back to their shop, no charge ... gave me a ride back to the motel ... said it was too hot for me to walk ... got the job done in a few hours ... picked me up concierge to bring me to the shop ... and had us on our way by lunchtime.
The charge was virtually the same that the auto parts retailer quoted me for the part only. I was amazed, grateful and blessed. These guys were phenomenal. PTL.”
