They came and picked me up when my car was finished. Steve came in and explained all the repairs. Showed me old parts and why some parts needed to be replaced. Everyone was so nice and helpful. I had to walk in but thanks to all of them I was driving going out.”

“Couldn't be happier! I just moved to Elizabethton and needed a new mechanic. As you know a truly GOOD mechanic is scarcer than hens teeth. I stopped by Gary's Auto Repair as my car was not starting correctly. He wasn't my first stop but he was the last. Instead of saying I needed an expensive starter or alternator (how would I know differently?), he determined it was my battery. I was on the road 10 minutes later. He is a very nice person to have a conversation with and never gave me an inkling of hurry, hurry, I'm too busy. My car will need routine work soon and I know who I'll trust it with.”

“I needed 4 tires for my old Dodge pickup. Brendon found me 10 ply tires at a reasonable price. I dropped off the truck and it was done that day. With the old tires, I could drive 40-45 mph as the steering wheel was shaking so badly. With the new tires I can drive 65 mph no shaking. I like to spend my dollars locally if I can. Good service, good prices. Highly recommended!”
“This is a good place to take your car. I paid $340 dollars to have 4 spark plugs and 2 cool packs replace. It was $40 for the spark plugs $80 for the cool pacs which seem like a lot for those parts. The quality of their work was good, so I ain’t mad at it. They got my car done in a timely manner and the price was ok. Overall, I was satisfied and I would take my car back to this shop.”
