I think it's because I have the cheapy membership . ?follow up, I think because I pay the cheap one they don't drive my car all the way. This is for the one at Meadowbrook. I don't have the problem at other places. I can't say enough about this place that is positive. The people that work there are super friendly and they are fast. I will say sometimes they run out of towels but I love it. Highly recommend.”
“First time visiting with my little car.
There was an issue with the tire shine.
I simply walked up and casually engaged the gentleman at the entrance. I didn't expect anything; I was simply pointing out the issue for them to correct it for the future.
The gentleman was very friendly. He looked at the issue and gave my tires a full shine treatment (by hand) without hesitating. I tried to offer a tip, but he declined it politely.
An excellent experience. (Good, strong vacuums, too.)”

“Great staff, hard workers, thorough job! Definitely one of the pricier truck washes I’ve been to but most definitely worth it!! Anybody says other wise, well I don’t have anything to say about that. These guys walk around checking and double checking with flashlights and all. They ask you to come check over their work so if there is something you didn’t or don’t like they’ll fix. That would be the time to speak up. Prestigious job and very well pleased! My baby shining like new and she’s a 2002. I gave 2 stars because although the service was outstanding I had a problem. To make a long story short be cautious of getting your engine cleaned because they are definitely not taking any responsibility what so ever! To be safe don’t get your engines washed. I would have gave a better rating if management would have handled my issue more professionally. Needless to say I got everything worked out on my end without any extreme measures and costs. Just a little elbow grease, some tools, some favor mercy and grace from the man upstairs, and some mechanical knowledge. I was able to over come my mountain. Other than that I’ll definitely be back but never again for an engine wash! In closing, great place to get a truck wash just don’t get your engine cleaned especially for older trucks.”

“Young man was very kind & helpful! He saw me struggling to use the machine that will clean your mat once you feed it in……was only the driver side (all weather) mat, he ultimately went and sprayed it off for me bc for whatever reason it wouldn’t take that one mat. The other 3 worked fine.”

The gentleman who checked me in gave me a heads up that it may take longer than expected because they were understaffed due to a stomach bug that had taken a few of their team members out.
With that in mind....it was worth every second I waited.
I don't think my car looked this good when I bought the thing years ago.

“Touchless wash works great if your car is ceramic coated. As for everyone saying it says $4.50 and then pending charge is $15 on their statement, I'd guess that corrects itself by the time it clears your account. Almost every wash like this will run your card for a pending amount and then the actual amount used is what clears your account.”
“I have been coming here for years (7914 Kingston Pike, Knoxville, TN). I have two unlimited full service car wash packages for my two cars. The Manager here runs a very friendly and efficient crew. Very little turn over with this group! They all work together as a team. There are no weak ones in the group, that is why I keep coming back.

Most of the time with younger people i have a harder time getting any help but this young man was the perfect little helper!”
“This place gets the job done. The facilities could use some minor TLC, but it's acceptable overall. They do seem to clean it regularly and everything works. I do like the fact their automated car wash is a no-touch. The "soft cloth" automated car washes will ruin the paint on your car. Don't use them.”

“Excellent wash for $10. Water pressure was strong and the soap+wax were plenty. It thoroughly rinsed the car and dried it relatively well. Only reason I took a star off is because only 1 bay was working and the rest were blocked off by cones. Otherwise it's a 5 do bring your car here!”
