Sparkling Image Car Wash is a popular local business known for its friendly staff and quality car cleaning services. Customers appreciate that the personnel are all very friendly and seem to genuinely care about doing a good job. Management, especially someone named Chase, is recognized for being efficient and friendly, often going over the car with great attention to detail, such as thorough detailing and removing stubborn stains like tree sap, which customers find valuable. The outside of the cars usually looks good after the wash, and some customers have had great experiences with detailed work. However, there have been some issues. One customer noted that after a vacuum redo, the back hatch area was not cleaned as promised, requiring extra work at home. Another experienced a less friendly interaction when ordering a wash, feeling the staff was not welcoming or helpful. Additionally, some customers expressed disappointment when the inside of the vehicle was not cleaned, despite paying extra for it, especially during busy times when staff seemed exhausted. Overall, Sparkling Image Car Wash is appreciated for its friendly staff and quality exterior cleaning, with some occasional inconsistencies in service, but it remains a favored spot for regular car care.
Did a great job on my wife's car. Will be going back as needed.
