“A nice little convenience store for APSU college students to just stop by and grab necessities. The owner is the sweetest man alive. He looks out for us kids and always makes our day. He remembers our faces and it makes a bad day turn around for me especially. Thank you to the staff for always making people feel welcome and keeping honesty as a policy. “I'm thankful that I had Walmart+. The gas station closes extremely early and the store allowed me to use the pumps after hours. I got my gasoline and was on my way home. It made it extremely convenient for me to be able to get my fuel and have no issue with paying an attendant. The lot is always clean. The lot was clean and well maintained even after hours. The station is pretty nice inside actually. I really have to give them a BIG Thumbs up.”

The store is well stocked and the ladies here this morning were efficient and extremely friendly. I love a place where locals are treated well and the workers love engaging them. “Iv been to a lot of Walmart fuel stations but this one is the best one. It’s always clean. Very friendly people but I want to make one employee stand out. Devon. He is an amazing employee and goes above and beyond for the customers. He’s always cleaning up around and doing something to make it a better fuel station. Not to mention his exceptional customer service. I had an issue with the gas pump and I normally can’t get anyone to help me but this man went out of his way . I was having an awful week and he just made it so much better. Now I only go to this fuel station. God bless him! Give him a raise!”

“I worked here back in 2019 and I loved it. Unfortunately I couldn't work here anymore because of my husband. I also have to add I did get robbed while working one night because I was there by myself. I think I actually prefer working by myself though but it'd have to be earlier hours so it would be a less chance of a robbery. I am now working at Mapco and they pay more an hour than Hi Road paid me but the hours and the schedule is so different. I don't get 8 hours every day I work. I actually made more working here at Hi Road because of it. I would love to have my old job back”

“There 1969. Had an excellent time in C 6 2. I remember playing in the sand.(had to dig a 6x6x6 hole under the Barracks and bury the candy we bought and were selling). Than the next day had to dig it up because we were littering. Also learnt how to clean weapons, That was all the rifles in our weapon room for shooting other peoples targets on the rifle range. We were just trying to help they were lousy shots! The 2 girls we snuck in the Barracks. The light bulb incident. We were young and foolish.”
