Bicycle Shops near Franklin, TN

“Mr Bob is so helpful and kind. I brought my bike in to be serviced and he fixed it within 5 minutes. Great selection of bikes for everyone and prices are very fair. He also rents them, and has tours for people. Been around for 14 years in downtown Franklin. He’s the real deal for e-bikes.”

“Honest. Kind. Best I’ve Met.
After taking my bike to two different bike shops this week and receiving completely different reports on what my bike actually needed to fix up a couple issues I was having, Moab actually took care of me. They didn’t try to force me into buying a new bike, they were honest, helpful and willing to do what my bike actually needed and not just upsell me on numerous parts and labor.

My bike isn’t perfect, but I wouldn’t say that a Scott Metrix is a piece of trash to throw in the dumpster. It needed an axle repair kit, the front wheel trued and a fresh pair of brakes pads.
My family and I will only be buying and servicing our bikes through Moab from here on out.

12 out of 10 customer service
10 out of 10 selection
10 out of 10 competent

Do yourself a favor and skip going to shops in East Nashville or Brentwood. Come straight to Moab every time.”

“I had them assemble my road bike. The service was more than fairly priced, and everyone was friendly and there was great communication. All around a great experience”

“These guys are leaps and bounds above any Nashville bike shop when it comes to being personable, and just good people. No cool guy BS just down to earth normal dudes. I called to see if they had a new limited edition bike in stock and they did not have it but one of the mechanics actually owns it and had it in the showroom and said it was cool if I come check it out and he even let me ride his bike. And this is a special edition bike that they cannot even order and they were still this cool about it. No pressure just great customer service. I wish I could have bought the bike from here but I can assure you I will be back for my next one.”
