“I really appreciate that the staff usually lets you browse the inventory at your own pace without hovering. The shop has a cozy, welcoming vibe—made even better by the beautiful Irish Setter who’s often hanging around.
Over the years, I’ve come to Moab for full tune-ups, accessories, parts, and general supplies. This visit was a little different because I needed a repair on a bike component, and the experience was excellent. Carson was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. He handled my Fox fork service from intake through payment, and the turnaround was essentially one day.
He took the time to explain the work, share helpful technical insights, and walk me through other services they offer without any pressure. Because of that experience, I’ll continue bringing my bike here for service and repairs—even as an REI Co-op member.”
