I had been with Cricket for many years and left for a couple of months to another big name company. However it was more trouble versus the savings. I am not very savvy technologically but when I come to this Cricket office, everyone is very helpful and can be counted on for support, reprogram and updates.

These people are not friendly. Went down the street to another location and they were very nice there. We mentioned this to the other location and they said they get a lot of complaints about this location.

I pay a lot of money every week to get my phone fixed at this place I just got to pay 20 more dollars to get it straightened out every place twice a week I had to spend money to get my phone fixed cuz they they they want me to do this do that I don't know how to work the phone like this so it can cost me every time I go in at 20 to 25 in the past 3 or 4 years I just fit probably $300 to get my phone fixed

I bought a phone, I left the store, it was supposed to already have a signal or network, because it was new, but it didn't, I had to return and wait a long time for them to solve it.

Nora has great customer service. She helped my fiance and I to transfer our phone plans over to cricket. She stayed until after closing hours to help us! She went above and beyond to make sure our phone were set up correctly. We really appreciate her patience and service.
