I had a great experience at the FedEx Office Print & Ship Center in Franklin, TN. The facility was clean, organized, and fully equipped with everything I needed to complete my job efficiently. From high-quality printers and copiers to packing materials and shipping supplies, everything was readily available and easy to access.
What really stood out was the friendly and professional staff. After I completed preparing my documents, one of the team members came over to ensure I had everything I needed to make sure that my documents were shipped correctly and would arrive on time Their helpful attitude made the process smooth and stress-free.
The convenience of having printing, copying, scanning, and shipping services all in one location saved me time and made it easy to handle everything in one visit. I especially appreciated the clear signage and available workstations, which made it simple to navigate the store and get my tasks done quickly.
Whether you're sending important documents, making high-quality prints, or need professional help with your packaging, I highly recommend this FedEx Office location in Franklin. I'll definitely be returning for future business and shipping needs!

Probably one of the worst experiences ever. Most God awful staff I’ve encountered and wouldn’t recommend anyone go here if they have the option.

Called Friday complaining that your drivers dropped off a package at the wrong location. Was told that someone would pick it up, and deliver to the correct address. 2 days later, and still no driver to pick it up.
I’m sure someone is wondering where their package is. I doubt some of the employees care. Better get a handle on this company!!!

Terrible service as usual. Why do I punish myself.
I think I’ve used this FedEx at least 15 times. And I can honestly say I have never walked in and been greeted nicely or with kindness. They are never helpful and they act like I am bothering them by even walking in the door. I will never come back here as I left today. I said well maybe I should go to OfficeMax and the worker said well it would be cheaper. So I went to OfficeMax and received excellent service.

Deborah was very nice to the older white woman in front of me, However when I went up to the counter and said hello she looked at me in disgust. Honestly the whole transaction was uncomfortable and she didn’t speak to me other than handing me the receipt at the end. Definitely felt like she was a bit racist. Won’t be back here!

Malia was so proactive and anticipated that I needed help without me even asking. She was super helpful and so personable and kind. I’ve had dozens of positive experiences at this store with other associates as well.

The assistant manager Lydia was an incredible help when I had some issues with the document I needed printed and bound for an important deadline. She was patient and knew exactly what I needed.

Heaven forbid you call! The automated system is horrible!!!! 5 tries just to get through to a store employee. Really. I'll take my business elsewhere.

I have several unknown charges on my credit card. When calling to inquire about these charges, you are routed away from local store. I can not get these charges explained or know if they are fraudulent because it's impossible to speak to or chat with a representative. There are no options if you don't have a fed ex account number. Irony is they will still take your money, even without a "fed ex account" but this account number is required to even speak to an agent. In my opinion, a one sided and very screwed up system.

Needed a last minute notary for some paperwork and these guys were great! In and out in less than 10 minutes not to mention positive and delightful to chat with.
