These reviews are a joke, just like this place of business. Genuinely never been to a place where more workers could give less of a ****. 8 workers and a line to the door and everyone standing around doing nothing to help those in line. And how dare you ask any of the staff a question because they will look at you like YOU are disturbing THEM and will argue / get rude with you, no matter how polite and patient you have been with them. What's the point in having a job if you aren't going to do it??? AND WE GAVE THEM TWO CHANCES IN ONE NIGHT!!!!! Would rather go literally anywhere else.

Every time I go here staff has an attitude, unfriendly and less than willing to help. Done dealing with them. Too many other options.

I'm not sure why this place doesn't have five stars especially for the service I received today! Hunter is amazing, he communicated with me through the process of my order hands down exceptional! He pays a lot of attention to detail and has awesome follow up great customer service!! Great team member also the way he communicates with his team mates is on point and addresses all things concerning the betterment of the store

I use this location on a regular basis to ship items from my business. I do so because they close at 8:00 p.m., and my store closes at 7:00 p.m.. This allowed me to drop items off on my way home from work. Well, I showed up last night to drop items off st 7:09pm, and there were signs in the window saying they closed at 7:00 p.m. due to staffing shortages. Mind you, that there were still people in the store and staff trying to usher people out. They would not let me in the door and they would not take my package even though my label was already printed and ready to go. I just had to drop it off. How can FedEx continue to say that they are a logistics solution when they're not even there to take your packages when they say they will be. At the time this review is being written, the Google Maps hours still say they close at 8:00 p.m. . The only reason I use FedEx over UPS is because they are open after I close my business. They need to fix the situation immediately, or they will lose my business.

Driver keeps leaving packages on my stone mailbox by the street. I’ve had a package stolen and FedEx will do nothing about it. The driver even leaves my HelloFresh food orders out there in the blazing sun instead of sitting packages by my garage or on my front porch. I have no gate or fencing, which they’ve claimed a gate prevents them doing their job. Laziness. Wish I could go without ever using FedEx; UPS always delivers to my door without issue.

Service is slow and horrible staff. Elijah and other lady both are so rude. I parked in the front and had the car engine on as I just had to drop and leave but she started complaining can you please turn the lights off it’s making me blind ?.

I think I would have had a better experience if the person helping me didn’t point out my facial excema (something I am already very insecure about), ask me if I was on antifungal cream, and then tell me about the excema they get on their chest…all while not helping me and making me wait even longer throughout this conversation

First time giving a negative review of any business. I had the worst customer service from David (with black hair and black mustache). After waiting in a long line he told me I needed to update my cc for my FedEx account. I stepped away from the counter to take care of it, but then instead of allowing me to go back to the counter, he sent me to the back of the line. I got here at 3:00 on Friday and now it's 4:00 and I'm still in line. FedEx, you all need to train him on customer service!!! I'll use another facility from now on.
