I had an incredible experience at the Johnston & Murphy store in Franklin, TN thanks to Richard. I came in looking for a replacement pair of gum-soled McGuffey shoes that I had recently damaged, only to find out they had been discontinued and were out of stock online.
Richard didn’t stop there—he went above and beyond. Not only was he friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful in-store, but a couple of hours after I left, he personally called me to let me know he had tracked down a pair in Arizona. I was blown away.
This kind of service is rare these days. Richard is the reason I’ll continue shopping at Johnston & Murphy. Give that man a raise!

Stopped in and was greeted by Richard right away. Told him what I was looking for and he said they didn’t have them in the store but checked to see they were available online. They were so he went above and beyond to show me what they would be like and brought me many pairs to try on and explain the differences. I bought 2 pair and they were delivered a couple of days later and I am glad I bought 2 pairs. Very comfortable. Thank you Richard!

In my every airport adventure I love seeking out the Johnston and Murphy store! Yet the trip to store 1704 in Washington DC I had Blessilda Fundanera help me and she was absolutely amazing. Great experience and amazing customer service!
