“I've been very happy with the service and quality at Gates Cleaners. Service is always prompt and friendly. Clothes are always ready for pickup within a couple of days, and they will generally rush if you need it. At pickup they always get our items for us quickly and everything looks great. My wife has also had some minor alterations and repairs done here, and the quality of the work has been excellent. I never thought I'd ever review a dry cleaning place, but every time I come in I'm reminded of what great service they provide. We are always greeted with a smile, and the work is always done quickly and with great results.”

“A $30 off coupon lead me here. I am ashamed to admit that once I used the coupon, I then cheated. Though I have asked for forgiveness and promise to never do it again. This is the only place I use for my alterations and dry cleaning needs.”
“Nice people, equipment solid, seating just okay. Everything is super clean and brightly lit. Dryers have great capacity but seem to take a long time. No card options, so bring PLENTY of quarters. Like, more than you think X2.”
“I don't have a ton of dry cleaning but I have brought two jackets here both of which had small burn holes from bonfire embers. They did an outstanding job. My expectation was low, I didn't expect a miracle but you can't even tell where the burns were unless you look REALLY hard. The price was fair too.”
