This review is specifically for the online purchase and local return option to avoid having to pay return shipping cost. Advertised as an easy and free option to encourage you to buy. Real life is I am watching in line at an understaffed service/return desk wondering if the return amount is actually worth my time standing here much less time and gas expense of getting here.
Two stars as the person working was pleasant and as efficient as one person with a long line could be

Been around for a long time and still have some decent products but they are always messy and in disarray. Prices are premium but some of their products are not.

It's not the Macy's of old. They seemed to have scaled back their stock. You can still find most things you might need, it just feels like they are trying to cut costs.

This location is up upscale TJ Maxx with low inventory, unorganized clothing, and very poor service. It's not your average Macy's.

We were on vacation in Franklin TN and it got cold. My wife needed a coat and there was Macy's website. Well, the coat that was supposed to be in stock was NOT. The quality of what was there was 2nd class. Not nearly enough "Associates" to help customers.

Very large store with multiple entrances hard to navigate. The smell of perfume is overwhelming. The men’s selection is very limited compared to other stores. The dressing rooms are very dirty. The staff is helpful but not very friendly.
