“The biggest thing that separates this store from the rest is the 5-Star customer service. I mean wow, this was a great shopping experience!Whether you have a current regular pet supply store or not, try this place for sure as the staff is eager to help and work with you without overselling.”

The wiring harness on my trailer broke. I called up this location because it was the closest. The young girl (i can't remember her name) walked the aisles checking stock for what i needed. When i arrived, Caleb corrected me on what i thought i needed. He then got the right product, installed it, and had me on my way. He refused to take my money or any gifts i could offer him for the help. Just a handshake was all he wanted.
I'm blown away. I think the next time I drive through here, I'll stop by just to thank Caleb again.”
“Bourbon has gone to a couple groomers, but we always find our way home to Dee-O-Gee. They truly love your fur baby as their own and are just as excited to see them as your fur baby is to see them. Amazing customer service & a warm welcomes every time! 10/10 recommend! Very very sweet company!!”

“FIRST TIME BOARDER with INTROVERTED CAT 5/5 First time boarding my cat, so I wanted to pick the right place. I've always had a family member or friend watch my cat while I'm gone. The Farm was just a little bit more expensive than the other place I found for spring break and absolutely worth it. Staff is exceptional. Lots of natural light in the cat condo, several levels to it. My cat is also pretty shy, and from their end of stay recap I was pleased that they spent time with her but didn't push her too much. Will likely board with them for my next vacation.”
“Here fishy fishy fishy!! It seems this store is under new management. I’ve avoided this store for quite a few months and randomly went back recently to check out the aquatic section. I was shocked to see tanks were being cleaned and with minimal fish. I spoke to a nice manager who explained that they were looking into getting more desired fish. He wrote down my list and promised to call me in a week. He sure did! My tank is finally finished and the selection of fish they have is so much better than before.”

“I have been to this location a few times and had the pleasure of meeting Charlie. Very knowledgeable when it comes to dog food and supplements. He sold me on the “just for dogs” brand a while back and my pups are hooked. I came back and Charlie also recommended a few other things to try. Good conversation and very funny guy. The whole staff seems like they really enjoy what they do! It is a little out of my way but I love this location. Thank you Charlie!!”
