They act like they are doing us a favor by given us service. Don’t have questions bc they won’t get answered. You can’t call, nor will someone ever be at desk. You better have appointment or be prepared to wait for very long time 2h+

Went in to a Quest lab. One week later still no results. All the messaging is automated and no one will talk to you. My advice, find another lab to deal with. Quest is sub par.

Waited at this location for over an hour for my fiancé’s drug test only to be sent to another facility. Go somewhere else if you can.

Kaitlyn was extremely adept and friendly. I can't say enough good things about the level of service she provided. This was my first time to this location and the cleanliness and privacy and efficiency was off the charts improved over other locations.

Thanks for the reviews everyone. I got referred to them because it's the only lab my insurance covers. I called to speak to someone and the automated voice system wouldn't let me speak to a human or questions. After seeing these reviews, I will not be using them for labs stuff. If you don't value customers, then we should take our business elsewhere.

The only thing I didn't like was the waiting room which was cold and empty. There was nobody available to speak to, only a kiosk which didn't anticipate or correctly guide me through the check-in process for an appointment. Eventually a staff member came out and walked me through. I'm above average as far as experience in navigating these things goes, so I can only imagine many other people have this difficulty.
Also don't waste your time trying to call for an appointment. Use their website. It makes finding open slots much easier even for the same day for me.

Easy electronic checkin. Wait seemed about 20 minutes only (early afternoon). They were super friendly. I nearly passed out after the blood draw, which had never happened to me before, and they were all over it very helpful and friendly to help me get feeling better and make sure I'm OK. Thank you guys!

I thought they were very nice and I was in and out in about 5 minutes. Maybe the people leaving 1 star reviews went at a really busy time or something.

Not sure why there are such poor reviews. I checked in via text message I received, very simple and only waited about 5-6 minutes. Kay the technician was very kind, helpful and made the entire process smooth and as pain free as possible. Would definitely recommend making an appointment to avoid waiting as a walk-in.

Nobody in waiting room, super hot, just a kiosk with pulled shades behind that seems to scream “we don’t really want to deal with you”. Only sound was the TV talking about how they process your payment. Other than that, you’re just sitting and waiting and wondering. Sat in the room for 20 minutes past my appointment time. Felt bad for the 10 people that were “walk in” and just waiting.

I had a great experience with Kaye at this location. Check in was easy and timely. She was professional, knowledgeable, and very skilled at drawing blood. Highly recommend!
