Lousy experience. Booked appointment online. Waiting for my turn and asked how far behind.. "40 minutes," she replies. According to other people waiting, this is apparently the norm.

Show up at 9:30am they tell me to come back at 11:00am. It is now 1pm. Still waiting for 2+ hours because I’m a walk in. I hear the “short staffed” employees chatting in the other room. They seem to be very hard at work. 0 out of 5 stars. Horrible communication. Horrible customer service. This is the first customer review I have ever done in my life if that tells you anything.

Don't really get the fuss; my wait was just a few minutes and once I was in the staff were amazing. On a sidenote, their call center is amazing. Short wait, attentive rep, all you can ask for. Overall, couldn't have asked for a better experience!

Atrocious. Nurse waddles out to a long line of people: "my boss says I don't have to take any walk-ins today, so if you are a walk-in you can go home." Website says you do? "No, I don't have to." When will you? "I don't know. Not my problem. Sometimes I have to work until 5 if I take walk-ins and I want to leave at 4. Take it up with Quest."

What a joke of a location. They tell you to make an appointment, so you do. I walked in to a lobby full of people with a list of names on the screen. My appt was at 1:10 I arrived at 1. There was a woman in the lobby who informed us her appointment was at NOON and she had yet to be seen. You could hear a man in the back yelling because he had waited so long. Another woman stated last time she came she waited 2 hours. Just close this location and be done with it. Do NOT go here!!!!!!!!!

BEWARE!!!!!! The LITERAL WORST place to get your blood drawn. I have been 3 separate times and EVERY SINGLE time has been horrible and a clown show. The amount of hours I have wasted with this Quest is beyond. "Losing" doctors' faxes, deciding to shut down in the middle of business hours, sending people away because the employees want to "take off" the afternoon, cancelling pre-made appointments, just egregiously bad service . I will never return again. This place should be reported to BBB.

DO NOT BOOK YOUR APPT here!!!!! If I could give zero stars I would. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. Went for an appointment and they aren't even open even though it clearly says they are open online. Tried calling and no one will answer. Called multiple times to talk with client services and they kept hanging up on me. The person at the location just sits there and won't make eye contact. I have never been so frustrated.

Waited 2 hours and couldn't get a blood draw which should take two minutes. Staff was rude and unhelpful.

I had a appt at 10:50. When I arrived maybe 10:52. There’s a sign on door that they will be back at 12:00. They were understaffed so they went to lunch.Not happy. I couldn’t wait.

No one showed up to work when I went to this location today. Hoards of angry patients outside and I eventually had to end up leaving after waiting an hour.

They act like they are doing us a favor by given that us service. Don’t have questions bc they won’t get answered. You can’t call, nor will someone ever be at desk. You better have appointment or be prepared to wait for very long time 2h+

2001 Mallory Ln Cool Springs location was not prompt nor efficient. I booked an appointment ahead of time and they state that those with appointments will not have to wait at all or if you do it is just a few minutes. (Literally the audio playing in the lobby area from their incredibly loud TV).The waiting room was full with no way to choose the "text alerts & wait outside" option that the audio loop is playing and says we are able to choose (ok how?)So everyone was waiting & crowded in the same room. There were four others ahead of me when I arrived for my scheduled appointment, but they had been waiting over an hour!I schedule appointments so I can be on with my day in a timely manner. This was incredibly frustrating.

Not very busy so it was really easy to hear my phlebotomist call me an a**hole to another worker for asking if she could use a butterfly needle :)
