They make sure customers get the right pair of boots. The Store Manager at the Franklin location is also helpful in finding the perfect fit. Some customers have had issues with services like stamping, but managers like Lyd and employees like Daniel step in to resolve problems and provide great customer service. The staff is patient and knowledgeable, making the shopping experience fun and easy. Tecovas has the best customer service, and the employees are extremely knowledgeable about their products and the fit of their boots. Overall, Tecovas is a great place to shop for boots, with a helpful and kind staff. Customers appreciate the guidance and care provided by the employees, and they look forward to shopping at Tecovas again.

If you ever come to this Tecovas location make sure you are getting service from Rod!! He is absolutely amazing! Very informed about how your boots should fit and gives you tips and tricks on how to always keep your boots looking clean. Thank you so much Rod for finding me my perfect pair of boots!!

Stopped in there yesterday to just look around and the staff was super sweet, handing us free water even though we didn't buy anything. I asked about cleaner for my boots and they offered to actually shine up my boots right then and there for no charge. Loved how sweet and caring they made us feel.

Tecovas are my favorite boots and the Franklin TN store is my favorite store. The staff is so friendly and knowledgeable about fitting boots. They give will also shine your boots anytime you come in. If I could give 10 stars I would.
