Though I did not want use their service, Chandler came to my rescue! He saw that I was in trouble bc of my flat tire and he got me back on the road with my Spare! Saying thank you is not enough!! Thank you and so blessed that I broke down in Franklin, TN!

This is the nicest, friendliest UPS store! They never fail to be helpful and frequently go above and beyond. To a team member, they are efficient, competent and professional. A bonus for me is that they are about five minutes from home! Lucky me! Thanks, UPS store!

I order through Amazon often and sometimes have returns that I drop off at a UPS store and I have never had a problem until I used THIS UPS store. After dropping off my Amazon return at other UPS stores I would always get an email from Amazon stating that they have issued my refund usually within just a couple of hours however, my Amazon return that I dropped off at this UPS store Was never acknowledged at Amazon. I called the UPS store only to speak with a very argumentative manager who completely over talked me and gave me many bogus reasons why I had never received an acknowledgment for my Amazon return from Amazon like I usually do. She told me that my tracking number meant nothing ! I called Amazon and gave them my UPS tracking number from my drop off and they had no record of my return however they were kind enough to go ahead and issue me a refund for the item which I dropped off at this UPS store and this tells me somebody at this particular UPS store either STOLE my return or just didn’t bother processing it. I will never use this UPS store again they are completely untrustworthy so BEWARE!! I will continue to use the UPS store on Murfreesboro Road in Franklin because they are always reliable!

The UPS Store 7281 in Franklin, TN came to my rescue! I had a business shipment transaction that was shipped to the wrong customer. I had to find someone out of my state to assist by picking up, packing and shipping back to me. I called many stores and shippers to find someone to help me quickly. Most turned me down flat and some were weeks out. Then I called Store 7281 and spoke with Cindy. She had a can do attitude and told me she could get the job done. She wasn’t kidding. Cindy and her team came together and picked up multiple items from my customers home, packed them at their store and shipped them to me. Following all that was needed to a “T”! Did I mention that it was not only a small package but freight as well? Yes, they handle it all with a smile, grace and professionalism! I can’t thank them all enough. After going there three different times over the last two months, this is by far one of the worst shipping experiences I had. The employees all seem to be disinterested and could care less if they actually help you or not. Think of how to treat a customer and they do the opposite. I never write bad reviews but these experiences were so out of the norm, I felt obligated. I'd go to another UPS store if you need anything done.

They are ready to do whatever I need, packages and documents - notary available. During COVID my Bank was not available for this. I am grateful to the UPS Store that they could provide this service.

I can't say enough good things about this business! They have helped me numerous times during the pandemic. Because of my age, my doctor has recommended that I not go into stores during this time. The staff here has gone above and beyond to accommodate my needs, allowing me to leave things at the door and processing everything over the phone. They have always been kind, friendly, and extremely professional. Highly recommend!

Was excited for a closer locale so took a package there last Friday for a usps pickup, bought postage there and staff was nice. However 6 days later it has not arrived to destination and when I went to check with my reciept they said I have to go to post office for info!? Why in the world would I use your service again!! So much for convenience!!
