I am from the state of Missouri, but I feel like I have made a friend at this Franklin, TN store. I came to Franklin with my wife to see Willie Nelson. Awesome show! However, we left our computer charger at the hotel. Called the UPS store near the area and talked to Chandler. Nicest man in the world! He drove to the hotel for the charger, packaged it and sent it to me in Kansas City. I of course paid for shipping, but WOW!, Chandler went beyond my expectations. Great service, great person.

I brought scissors and tape thinking I would ask for a box, and I would have to put it together. Little did I know I didn't need to do anything. I needed a small box, and the employee took my item. Boxed it up and taped it. The entire process was easy, and the atmosphere was welcoming.
