The customer service at this location in particular is STELLAR. Always efficient. Everyone is so helpful to make effortless what seems to be complicated. I've returned Amazon items, packaged boxes, needed assistance with oddly shaped shipping items and more at this location and even with the churn and burn work they do, they are always pleasant and make things easy. Today I had Jackson helping me and he was extremely knowledgable and kind with my situation. I love these people! Thank you!!

Not a frequent visitor to this location, however it was a positive and overall efficient visit when I did. They do take Amazon drop off packages quickly and easily and they do have a physical queue that you can join and that makes it a little easy to get in and out. I do recommend the location, however be aware of that the parking lot is usually packed!

Now I see why this store has a great rating. I came in the store with a big package not really knowing what to do. I get to the counter and the worker name Sherry just made everything so easy by taking control of the situation taping my package and printing out the label it was so awesome. I did not have clue on what to do. Give that lady Sherry a raise!

I stood in line for over 5 minutes with NO greeting. There were two employees talking. But as soon as the lady walked in, she got greeted right away. But that lady was raised in a good manner, she told the employee that I was standing in line since she walked in. Right after the employee saw my package, she asked me right away ‘is this returning?’ Is is their job to ask customers whether the package is returning????????? But the way she asked was so RUDE

I had an Amazon return. UPS drop-off was the only option Amazon gave me for this return. I've shipped packages as well as dropped off Amazon packages here many times in the past without issue. This time, they've added a $2.75 charge for each return IF they have to print off a label (using a regular piece of ordinary printer paper.) It literally took the guy all of 5 seconds to hit print and bend down to pick it up. THAT'S higher than lawyers fees for 5 seconds of added work! They already take their fees from Amazon, you realize, for handling these returns. No other UPS store has ever required this fee, either! That fee just cost them my future business, and hopefully many customers who read this review. How unfortunate in this terrible economy that such an established business feels it necessary to price-gouge it's loyal customers. Shame on you, UPS Store.

I was super impressed with the service at this location, and especially with Emily who waited on me. All the people behind the counters were friendly and ushering customers in the minute they walked in the door. It is nice to be wowed by excellent service these days. Well done UPS, for hiring great employees to represent you.

I have been in the Franklin UPS store many times. Each time Clarissa has been fantastic! She is efficient, a problem solver and has wonderful customer service skills. So I had an Amazon return it it’s original packaging. Chandler (the guy who was helping me) warned me that if it got damaged that Amazon might not issue a refund. When I said I was front out of town and had nothing to put it in, he found a random Amazon box that fit perfectly! Chandler, your a rock star and I wish this UPS store was much closer to home because everybody was super awesome! 10/10 recommend!

I had to overnight my roommate’s wallet to her while she was out of state, and Chandler was so extremely helpful, kind, and patient with all of my questions. He was concise and clear with what the best options would be, didn’t try to up-sell me with something I didn’t need, and even packaged her wallet right in front of me to ease my mind. The entire staff here has always been reliable and kind, but Chandler blew me away today with his customer service. I wish I could give him 6 stars!

The employees at this store always take great care of me. Today I had Ms. Carissa help me shoot a package to another UPS that needed notary services which can be a little complicated. But of course she was nice and patient with me to make sure everything was taken care of with my parcel. Thanks again guys!
