I’ve been coming here every summer to get my books unbound and whole punched. I’ve always had a great experience over the years with the finish product and their pricing was wonderful. However, this summer they have decided to increase their prices from $2 dollars a book to $7 dollars a book. This increase hits hard for homeschool families on a budget. When I asked regarding the reasons for the drastic price increase, I was told by Chandler that “they were getting too many request to get books unbound”. I was shocked by his response. I am assuming then that they no longer want to get any more business. I will be sharing this with my homeschool community as well.

Makes my day! Seriously, like others have said, this store is the best! I come here way too often, and EVERY SINGLE TIME they are AMAZING. What a wonderful staff of friendly, patient, helpful, kind humans. I am lucky that I live close by, but even if I didn’t, I would drive out of my way to just come to this location. I can’t remember everyone, but Carissa and Bastion are always great. And there is another younger guy with glasses that is always great. I love that it is also locally owned as well. I’m sure the staff is compensated well, but if you can, they all deserve raises!!!! ?

Great experience! We came on a busy Saturday and were in a hurry and Pamela helped us right away and quickly! I was unsure on an Amazon return but she handled it quickly and confidently for me, which I really appreciated. Thank you!
P.S. my 11 year daughter says Pamela was a great employee and probably deserves a raise. Lol.

Had two returns to drop off requiring a box and label. Both boxed, one had the label printed (brought tape to affix) and did it there, dropped off, no problem. Other one required a label, I had no problem paying for it to be printed. To print a single sheet is .26, I was planning on doing that and affixing the label with tape just like the other box. Store employee would not allow me to print a label pdf on that system, only through their label printing service which is 2.75.
That’s just gouging your customer. Happy to take my business to Staples next door and print it for .22, affix, and drop off there. I try to support small businesses but not when they so clearly make a policy like that.

The cool springs location is the best UPS store I've visited, and I do a LOT of shipping! Always ready to help, readily available carts to get packages thru the door, self-service kiosk if needed, and it seems like there's always a truck on standby! Carissa helps me fairly regularly, and she's friendly, efficient, and professional, like the rest of the staff. Given a choice, I only come to this location.

Best UPS store in middle TN! Regardless of how busy they are, you will be in and out quickly. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and polite, Jacob is the best! True company ambassador.

Carissa Jacob and Scott were amazing! I left out an item from my package and they located my box before the package shipped and assisted me in adding the missing items. Awesome customer service!
