The employees here are extremely friendly and helpful, which is unfortunately kind of rare these days. I go here very frequently to ship stuff off for my office. I have never had to ask for any assistance because it's offered before you need to. 👏 👏

Neal was very helpful in helping me make copies of swatch charts on special marker paper that I provided. I had to email the forms which he then converted to a PDF for copying. It was all professionally and kindly handled for me. I wouldn't hesitate to return to this location for future mailing and copying services!

Neal It’s always so helpful and amazing. The staff at the UPS store in Franklin is the only place I go because of their customer service sometimes I have packages that will not allow me to mail it from the UPS store and it makes me so upset because I don’t want to go to another store besides this one. I’m so grateful that there is a store so close to my home that makes my mailing errands so much easier and delightful.

I love this store. The employees are always kind and efficient. Mallik was super helpful when I came in yesterday. He wasn't supposed to be working, but he jumped in so I didn't have to wait. The entire team always goes above and beyond.
