Our skincare company ships 5 days a week through this location. We ship bulk to Amazon so sometimes the boxes are larger than normal. Always am met with a smile and helpful staff! The Best!

Used for drop off location only. Not used for other services. Never had an issue with a wait, even over the holidays. Employees have been courteous each time I’ve been in. Shout out to Nikki in particular.

This location will take every opportunity to price gouge it's customers. After waiting in a line out the door, I had little choice but to pay $5 for a plastic bag to send a prepaid return - nothing fancy, no packing service included, no additional padding... just a plastic bag large enough to fit a folded pair of pants. It's convenient for Amazon Return drop offs in terms of location only... but in comparison, drop off at Whole Foods is never a hassle. Absolutely unreasonable pricing for anything besides simple drop offs.

This UPS store is amazing! It’s right before Christmas, and they are so organized, that I was only in the store for 10 minutes, and I had two transactions! UPS in Franklin delivers on quality, professionalism, customer service, and timeliness. Thank you!

This business is amazing! The staff are knowledgeable, friendly and quick to provide assistance. It is clear they work well together. I enjoy going in because I know when I leave I will not only have accomplished my tasks, I will have a smile on my face. Nikki is great!

Waited in line for 20 mins for a Notary. When I finally got to a register I was asked if I can wait and let the entire line go before they gave me service. There were 15 people in line at least.

I desperately needed to get some papers notarized and UPS was here to get the job done! The notary at my bank was either sick on vacation at all locations near me (I will reference this in my BOA review). I needed to get something done quickly and UPS was there to do it! Each stamp cost $15 (more than the previous $12) so it's a little pricey. If you need it done and your bank can't seem to get their act together, this is the place to go!
