“Five stars simply aren’t enough for Chip. He is one of the most knowledgeable electric vehicle specialists I’ve ever met, and the service he provides is exceptional. When Tesla was no help, Chip stepped up and worked around the clock to solve what Tesla wouldn’t. He treated my problem like it was his own and put in the time and effort to get it resolved. That kind of dedication is hard to find. His combination of experience, friendliness, and affordability is next level. He knows his stuff, cares about his customers, and backs it all up with action. Having someone you can trust makes all the difference, especially when the manufacturer leaves you frustrated. I cannot recommend Chip enough. He has absolutely earned my trust and future business. If I could give him more than five stars, I would without hesitation!”

“I had a great experience with Jordan at Infiniti on Friday! I brought my vehicle in for an oil change, wheel balancing, and tire rotation, and Jordan made the entire process smooth and stress-free. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and kept me informed throughout the service. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service and attention to detail. It’s refreshing to have someone who takes the time to make sure you understand what’s being done and feel confident about your vehicle’s care. Thank you, Jordan, for making my service experience a great one! I’ll definitely be back and highly recommend asking for Jordan if you’re looking for top-notch service.”

“I recently purchased a new E350 from Mercedes Benz of Franklin. Zenel was my salesman and he was wonderful to work with and made the car buying a pleasant experience. He took the time to sit with me and demonstrate to me how to operate the vehicle. I would definitely use them for my next car purchase and have already referred my friends and family to them. Great Job Zenel!!”

“Amir, was so helpful in getting a fair price for my 2013 bmw x5. He was friendly, and went out of his way to explain everything. I really feel like he had my back, which took away all my anxiety about selling my car. The process was super quick and easy! Thank you Amir! I will be back soon!”
