My husband went to return his old phone after purchasing a new phone. They told him to keep his old phone for a week (for some reason). It was a Saturday and only one person was working. My husband waited there for a long time, when finally the manager, Trey, came out. He was immediately rude and then suspected my husband of stealing his phone, even though we literally bought it at that store. He was harassed and discriminated against and we will never be returning to this store.

Based on my conversation with Verizon Customer Service, I was cheated at this store. The manager and a girl name Madison assisted me and not surprisingly were unable to do anything to make it right for us. Apparently they are not Verizon, it's Victra. Be really careful they offer you a deal that they don’t respect and in our case doesn’t exist, they are just trying to sells their stuff. Do not trust, always get a receipt and if you can AVOID THIS STORE, not professional and not respectful with the deals.

HEADS UP: This is Victra, not Verizon. According to Verizon, Mike took advantage of my wife and daughter by asserting they were eligible for an upgrade. “All you owe are taxes”. We were told to leave and come back with our trade-in iPhone 13s. Upon returning our trade-ins we were told by a suddenly confused Mike that there was a $311 balance on one of the trade-ins. In fact we weren’t eligible for an upgrade. According to Verizon, Mike manipulated our device payment plan to make us eligible. Paying the balance isn’t an issue, but I’d prefer that an Authorized Retailer representative not materially misrepresent facts to earn commission or compensation. Verizon Customer Service said it all “…pretty shady”

According to Verizon Customer Service, I was cheated at this store. The manager is the one who assisted me and not surprisingly was unable to do anything to make it right. If something happens at this store, Verizon cannot help because it's not technically Verizon, it's Victra. If I was going to stay with Verizon, I would always use one of their stores not a company that just sells their stuff. Do not trust, always get a receipt and understand what they are doing, not what they say!

Bought a new iPhone and Apple Watch here on Christmas Eve. I asked for a screen protector for the phone and watch - the staff opened up a box and applied some type of liquid to my phone which was not what I asked for - the one staff member who was in training was told to apply it. I questioned it asking if that was a screen protector and they assured me it was better than a screen protector and harder than diamonds. The man in training sheepishly asked the other guy if he was doing it right and the trainer brushed him off because he was already busy with another customer. Less than a month later my watch and phone are covered in scratches. I went today for a refund and was told they cannot give me a refund. The lady at the desk says she “bakes it twice” which might be proper procedure but I watched the installation and that is not what happened as this untrained individual hesitantly applied the drops to my phone. I was told I could not get a refund when I showed all the scratches. I tried being understanding and meeting the staff member helping me halfway by asking if I could get a discount on an actual screen protector like I had requested in the first place and she said no because they had no manager on duty and I would have to come back another time which is a challenge because I already took time out of my day to come here now. Not that I would trust the manager to actually do anything - I met him the day I purchased my phone and he was entirely unprofessional and wore shark pins on his lapel - not professional attire. I don’t like leaving negative reviews but the customer service here is severely lacking and the management needs to supervise and train their employees better. They also should not be open without a manager on duty if the staff there are not empowered to do basic things like give a refund or a discount. If they fix my screen and or install a screen protector like I originally requested when buying the phone I will update this review. The actual staff were friendly, but apparently incompetent. Again, at no point until the time of application did they tell me they were selling me some type of liquid and not an actual screen protector.

I went to this store today to discuss my bill. I made an appointment because I was going there on my lunch and I didn’t want to risk being there too long as I had to get back. I recommend that this location gets a sign in sheet or tablet like other stores so a customer doesn’t have to announce they have an appointment to the whole store after they were ignored upon arrival and then have to have a stare off with the employee that was there working because he didn’t like the customer telling him about the appointment. Having this would prevent an uncomfortable and unpleasant experience like I had today.
Luckily, the young woman who helped me (not the ignoring and glaring employee) was polite and professional and I was able to get the help I needed and get out of the store in a decent amount of time.
However, next time I’ll go to one of the stores that have a check in station.

You guys screwed up my parents’ phones and internet service so badly that you managed to be a pain in MY ass. That’s quite an accomplishment. Avoid this place at all costs.

Do NOT go to this store!! After waiting 2 hours, the person helping me haggled me worse than a car salesman. When I questioned the bill and how it would change my monthly bill he got defensive saying he’s not trying to “pull anything”. While waiting, I listened to them do the same pressure speech to multiple people. Supposedly I got a new Apple Watch with my trade in. When it arrived the e-sim didn’t work so we sent it back. After repetitive checking in to see if it was in, and additional long waits, I was told it was never re-ordered. Horrible experience and I caution anyone to never go into this store!!!! Awful customer service, untrained employees, excessive wait time, and dishonest.

Don't make the same mistake I did by trusting the associates here. I was told that my payments would be about the same and I naively believed them without seeing the numbers on paper. Now I'm stuck paying $90 more a month. I even went back before the 30 day cut off to change back once I saw the future bills. After waiting 20 minutes, the one employee working just brushed it off and said that those numbers were never right. I won't be fooled again.

If I could post 0 or negative stars I would. NEGATIVE 5 stars how about that? I’ve been in 3 times now and the phone still isn’t working like before. This store NEEDS A RETRAINING on EVERYTHING. I only deal with Apple so I don’t how Android users are feeling here. Even the store manager tried to assist and he couldn’t either. Found out this is NOT a corporate store just a “sister” store. Now I know where the CORPRATE store is. I will be going there from now on with any issues.
This review was made while sitting in the store. I will never be returning to this store as long as there’s another store within a 100 mile radius.

DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE. This is not a real Verizon, it's a 3rd party store. They'll oversell you on things you don't need, take up hours of your time, and leave you worse off than you came in. I repeat, DO NOT go to this store.

Walked in at 1245, never greeted. Stood for about 10 more minutes, watched other customers walk out. Watched a team of employees walk out, so I finally decided to leave. Every time I visit this location I plan to be there for about two hours because that's how slow they are. I've got to find a different location to visit. This is completely unprofessional, and I work in sales, so I know it only takes a second to acknowledge your customers when they walk in and make them all feel like they are a priority.

Didn’t go through all the pricing with me, they added a $30+ screen protector without asking me and they also have a charge for setting it up which was not discussed. Turns out they also didn’t have what I was looking for and because they didn’t confirm my order or walk through all the costs with me before running the transaction we had to go through the process of refunds, etc. So much for trusting they had my interests in mind. Went to another retailer and had transparency into models, costs, extras, etc.

We had a broken phone and went in to upgrade to the new Pixel 9. Thought we were lucky that there was a minimal wait (great thing with a toddler who's always a ticking time-bomb). However despite being seen right away, the process took 2.5 hours.
The employee was trying to help was was woefully undertrained and had to ask her coworker for the most basic instructions every step of the way. I kept trying to shortcut the repeated pitches to upgrade our plan and bundle streaming services, to no avail. They we uninterested in listening. I really just wanted a new phone and was willing to pay off the old one, and the toddler needed to get home for nap time. It was obvious the person helping us was just following the script, but I have to question the priorities set by Verizon to continuously upsell Netflix/HBO bundles even when the customer is pleading to hurry up. You are a phone company, please make it easier to buy a phone. Once we trudged through the obligatory sales script (2 hours later) we learned that the phones we were there to buy weren't in stock.
I probably should have left there, having already paid $500 to pay off my old phone, and gone to T-mobile, but I agreed to wait for the phones to get shipped to the store. They said 2 days. It's been over 3 weeks. Repeated calls to customer service could not answer when they would arrive. Then today's call put the cherry on top. We learned that our phones have been in the store for 5 days but we were not contacted because "things are really busy this week with the launch of the IPhone 16". And the customer service could also not patch me through to the store because again "things are really busy this week with the launch of the IPhone 16". I'm not sure when they were planning on contacting us about the phones we paid $500 for over three weeks ago, or why such notifications are not automated. But I do know that the next chance I get I'm going to switch providers.
I don't think all stores are this bad, so if you get the option and absolutely have to go to Verizon, then I suggest finding another location.
